Physical Appearance: Chubby with short hair (untill grade 1) thin with short-ish blonde hair and freckles (untill age 10), Longe, cirled hair, makup (untill age 14) shaved head with tatoos (untill age 20)

How old they appear: a year or two younger than he realy is, he's small for his age
Eye Color: blue
Glasses or contacts? no
Type of body (build): short and chubby untill age 7, thin and bony untill age 17, some muscle at age 20
Distinguishing marks (dimples, moles, scars, birthmarks, etc.): He wares makup and dresses like a girl from age 10 untill age 14. At 15, he's got tatoos (one of a tear right under his left eye, and a prison tatoo)

Background: His brother was murdsered at the age of twelve when a halloween hangman stunt was rigged to actualy kill. As he grows older, he remembers bits and parts of his brother and his brother's friends torturing and killing a kid in the basement of the apartments. (the whole thing with the kid is explained in the first book, but in pinocchio syndrome, markey is just a little kid who gets dragged into things). He and a friend at age 6 hide firecrackers under the friend's bed in a shoebox. It goes off and kills the friend's sister. His mother kills herself, leaving a note that "the boy will burn in hell's fires for what he's done". He's moved into a foster home ith thirteen other kids, and befriends his 17 year old foster sister. She cts as his "real moma" because the foster mother is too busy. She is on alot of drugs, and is a drinker. Her friends dress him up in girl clothes and put him in makeup and such, calling him their "baby doll" and rewarding him with drugs. He realizes that when he dresses like a little girl, he gets more recognition from her and her friends. And he truely loves her unconditionaly like a child loves a mother. But she ages out of the systome and is taken from the home. He starts to continue to dress like a girl (he's 13 at this point) and the very religious foster-father beats him for it. So he's taken from the home and placed out in the country with another family. He still somehow has visists with the older sister, who's struggling to adopt him. He feel out of controll, and starts to "train the bugs" in the yard by torturing them. He's thrown out of the home to a home in the city and looses touch with the sister. He gets into a city home at age 14 and 1/2. He realizes that dressing like a girl gets him beat up, and changes back to being a boy. Shortly after his 15th birthday, he overdoses, and is taken to a hospital, and later to jail for selling drugs to school kids. In jale, at age 17, he reunites with the older sister, but he gts out before she does (he did 3 years, and she was in for life for assalt). He is switched to a new home, but is soon thrown back in jail for drugs. He is let go at age 18, at which point he fully remembers what happened when his brother killed the kid. He goes crazy and tries to kill himself. He fails and is paralized below the waist. It ends with him at age 20, living in a slum apartment writing to the sister in jail.
