It is a very good idea, though. Tell me when you have a set of 20 or so.

As you can see, i''ve added a couple dozen new cards. I'll post up rules tomorrow, but here's the jist of the game.
Your deck is made of 4 cards... one character, and three effect cards (duplicates of effect cards are allowed). However... you'll note some of the effect cards seem a lot stronger than others. More powerful cards have a higher deck cost... which means the cards you put in your deck are affected by your character.
For instance... if you're character card is William (avatar), since he's so over-powered as a character, you can't load his deck with over-powered effects. But if you're using Odd, who is under-powered as a character, you can use more powerful cards to build your deck.
Characters have five basic atributes. LP - displayed in the blue hex in the lower left corner. AP - displayed in the red hex in the lower right corner. Charisma - displayed in the grey hex in the upper left corner. Trinity - displayed in the hex next to the charisma hex. Effect - displayed in the grey box between the two lower hexes.
Effect cards have four attributes. Deck Cost - displayed in the grey hex. Trinity - displayed next to the deck cost hex. Type - displayed in the black line on the card's lower half. Effect - displayed in the grey box.
Simply enough, the deck cost of your three effect cards can't exceed your character's charisma value. Also... the trinities on both the characters and effect cards affect eachother as well. If the effect card in your deck matches you're character's trinity, the effects of that card are slightly increased. (more on this tomorrow). Also... battling characters are affected by trinities in a rock-paper-scissors like manner.
More details tomorrow.

Alright... here's a better explanation.
First, you need to build a deck. You'll need to choose a character card. For this example, I'm going to use Jeremy.
Now, I'll explain about the chacter card. The black hex in the upper left is the card's "Charisma". I'll explain more later about that. The blue and red hexes at the bottom of the card represent the card's Life Points and Attack points respectively. So, as you can see from Jeremy's card, he has 14 life points, 1 attack point, and 15 charisma points.
Then, you have to build your deck. This is where charisma is involved. You have to put 3 cards in your deck. The three cards in your deck can't exceed your Charisma. For instance...
CL-18 - Jeremy's False Courage (Cost - 6) CL-21 - Come Back Alive (Cost - 2) CL-33 - Border of Zero (Cost - 7) TOTAL COST - 15/15
This would be a legal deck.
CL-16 - Deletion (Cost - 6) CL-34 - Impenetrable Barrier (Cost - 7) HA-01 - Data Drain Guardius (Cost - 3) TOTAL COST - 16/15
To maintain game balance... strong characters have to use weak cards, but weak characters get to use strong cards.
Then once gameplay starts, players take turns playing their "effect" cards against eachother. Whichever card has the higher value wins, and the losing card is broken. After all the effect cards have been used, the ones that are "unbroken" have their affects applied, and then the chacters battle. This is composed to taking turns applying effects and attacking eachother, trying to reduce the opponent's LP to 0.

Zaber, what program did you use to make these cards? Also, are you planning to make any more? Because if not, I would like to make some cards myself. This is a very interesting game concept, and I think I might be able to add on to it.

Cloud Starkiller Zaber, what program did you use to make these cards? Also, are you planning to make any more? Because if not, I would like to make some cards myself. This is a very interesting game concept, and I think I might be able to add on to it. I did it in paint. It's very easy once you get the templates made. All post the templates up in a few days. I wasn't planning on making any more, since there was so little interest.
