Mine too. When I saw the title of that blog entry (Sometimes even when you've fought your best...) I knew what was going to be in it and I refused to read it, hoping it wouldn't be true.
May the last embrace of the Mother welcome him home.

I live in Australia and I didn't hear until early October. I was so sad that I almost cried and I was eating comfort chocolate for a week afterwards. I still almost cry whenever I think about it. crying
I have only read up to "The Path of Daggers" so please don't spoil anything for me.

it's amazing really. how many of us actually knew him personally?

and yet when he died it affected us almost as if a family member had died. For someone to be able to write a book that touches so many people in such a way is truly amazing. Robert Jordan will forever live in all of us, and through his books may he touch many generations to come.
