Thanks to Laleira Granite's suggest, we now have a suggestion thread! Anything you think would make this guild more active and fun for all, just put your idea here. The crew and kage will look it over, and if we think it is something we can do, we will do it!

There are a couple sub-forums with old/unneeded threads. The big one is the event forum. There's still a thread from last Christmas in the forum. It might be a good idea to update it a little bit. Thanks for reading.

Since most everyone's reposted their profile by now, wouldn't it be a good idea to delete the old profile sticky? The announcement/sticky section of our meeting hall is getting more than a bit cluttered.

Another thing that might be contributing to the lack of activity over here...
I realized something. We're a guild, but most of us aren't really close. That is to say, we're not really a community. ... Very much...
I dunno, I thought... perhaps if we had more community spirit between us, we'd be more bound to want to hang out here.
I don't know how we'd do this, though... Find something we have in common?
Well... anyway.

Suggestion: Cell Reform Movement.
I was looking around cells, and i think there should be a waiting period, like, just a few days, to have individuals check in. If the old cell all shows up, great, if not, oh well. but i really think that some of the cells need to be deleted/modified.
just an idea, though.
and also, i think the tasks of maintaining the guild should be a little more divided. Although Vixen is doing a great job keeping the guild together, what if she loses internet or something? i havn't seen aany other crew/captains scince i got here.. so until one finally said "im gonna log in! today!" we wouldnt be able to move, delete, or much of anything.
so, i think slot leaders, certain cells, or maybe just hand picked people/volunteers should be assigned designated tasks. Like one cell/person could be responcible for the upkeep of certain threads and lists. just little stuff to, like Granite suggested, give
A) a community feel
B) test to see who can be depended on.

Although these are great suggestions, I can't give anyone the task of upkeeping a certain spot unless I make everyone crew members, which will not happen.
Do you mean that I assign a certain group to watch over a certain area and tell me when things need to be deleted or changed? If that's the case, then I can definitely do that! ^__^ I know that I need someone to watch the RP forums. I think that one, along with the Cell subforum are the only two that I'm particularly worried about.

oh... thats a good point.. didnt think about that... a bit o' a dumb idea eh?
But, can't people edit their own posts? If we made posts for the specific area like we allready have, and copied and pasted the current info, each person could own their own designated post, like, I would have the Slot post, and would make my own pos with it, and Someone else would have the Main cell page. (not saying i want the slot post) but it would get things a bit more spreaded (is that a word??). but ya, i can see how that could get realllly messy realllLLLLLlllllyyy quickly.

I think everyone can edit their own posts, but I think crew members can delete them. (I am not 100% sure of this, because I am a vice captain....) I wouldn't want to make a lot of people crew members because it can easily be taken advantage of, hence, why I am only asking for one crew member.
However, I can see cells helping around and keeping this place active by watching subforums and such.
One more thing. I will do a little cell rearranging, but only after the Cell Wars are over.

Only vice captains and captains can move threads or change thread type, though. What I wonder, though, is where the other vice-captains and the captain are. Are they just supremely busy?

Or they're communist mormons* who deiced to abandon the guild and will come back when the battle systems up, unlike Vixen who cares about the guild as a whole.
*That statement was not meant to offend communists or mormons. Well, maybe it was an insult to the communism.
but yes, crew can edit posts, i was just thinking we could trust people, and they could manage to run their own joint. if a crew person messed with a post, its pretty easy just to strip them of their rank. Or ban them.
