After a sex change, the final operation, the person is considered by all rights the new sex. Their ID would be changed legally and there would be nothing to prove they used to be the opposite sex. They would be considered their new sex through and through.
Besides. Marriage is legal in many areas and is not just a "Bond". Where are you from because if it was out here in Canada I would giving that teacher a earfull. My wife and I are legally married and the distinction of marriage being between "man and woman" is completely wrong. It is between two loving people and doesn't have anything to do with what sex the two people are.
Sorry to rant like this. I hate this whole only "Man and Women" can get married. Hopefully the world will finally realize this and stop being such idiot about it. The whole thing is just annoying considering my country considers my wife and I legally married while others keep saying that we are not because they are not willing to allow two women to be married. Well, they can say all they like because we are married and they can complain all they like because it is not going to change a thing.

I don't know if you ever keep up with any of our American bullshit, I wouldn't If I were you, but I was watching the Republican Debate the other night and of course the topic of Gay marriage was brought up and 6 communists began to rant about the "horrors" of what it would do to this country if states are continued allowance to decide for themselves which will accept gay marriage and which won't, you want to talk about angry..Krys and I just laying in bed together not hurting or corrupting another living soul on earth watching this crap, giving THEM the benifit of our time to hear them out, *shakes head* I'm beggining to really beome concerened that we may never be allowed equal rights, especially with this talk of amending the constatution, not many things worse then a far right opinion
