September in my school (Florida) is hispanic history month. Every day on announcements they profile hispanic artists, actors, atheletes and the whole thing. But through my seventh grade year (8th now) they didn't do a scrap of justice to black history month. No announcements, no projects, no teacher's even acknowledging it. Anything like this happen to you? Share your thoughts...

I live in Florida. If you've ever been there, you'll know its pretty much ALL Spanish people. The administrators at my school are all spanish as well. Currently in my school there are only 4 black teachers. The people are pretty racist. In fifth grade, my teacher Ms.Blanco (spanish for Ms.White) said that all black people call eachother '*****' and when we had a fieldtrip to the county jail, she said most of the people would be black. I would've reported her but I was 10. i didn't know she could be fired for that. AND EVERYONE IN MY CLASS WANTED HER FIRED.
