Post DMC3 yet Pre. DMC1
Nothing has been going right ever since that the demons refused to go back. Ashley has been hired to go and kill every last demon and like demon anywhere she could find them. She doesn't want that because once a long time ago she fell in love with a demon. She didn't care what happened between them she still did not approve of slaughtering demons, or humans. She knows about 'Devil May Cry' and heads there to check out the mercenary
that works there slaying demons, to try and get him to stop.

Biography: Ashley has always wondered about the demon world and the human world. She never did understand why they hated eachother so much. Her best friend was a demon and she loved him very much. It didn't matter to her what he was just that he cared. Three years ago he was murdered by the government because he was considered a threat to the human race and they needed to get rid of him. She was devestated. They told her if she wanted to live she would work for them and kill demons. She agreed but what they didn't know was she had no intention of killing them, at all.
