have you noticed they changed around the quest with the cat. I forgot what its called but here is a picture.

Where ever Party Pete's place is at in RuneScape, in ScapeRune, it becomes the prison for Prison Pete. Before the quest came out, and you looked on the minimap, you will notice similarities of Camalot/Seers Village. Now, you will notice the similarities of eastern falador, where most of the useless houses are.
