Maybe Roy had gotten an STD from a hooker that he slept with while still with Pam and he feels obligated to come back and let her know she probably has it too razz

Too bad Roy isn't a girl, because then he could show up and be pregnant.

I think I might be confusing The Office for a soap opera....
