Her role is so weird this season. Ideally, I'd like to see her back at corporate working, but I don't know how that would even happen. I don't know how this is going to pan out with her staying at Michael's condo all the time. She's interesting as domestic-crazy-Jan but I prefer corporate Jan.

The transition that she has made just feels really unnatural to me. She was so smart and sophisticated an now she is some jealous, leech of a girlfriend. It just doesn't seem right to me. I really think it would have been better if the writers would've put something in to explain her complete shift in behavior. At least then I might buy it.
Really though, I agree, I miss corporate Jan. She was someone kind of admirable, now she is someone pathetic.

It's weird how she used to see so sure-footed. The rational, knows-what-she's-doing boss. Then she kind of became crazy, which was weird, but alright. I kind of liked it when she was more normal, but i'm willing to see her become a crazy. wink I heard that this season, we get to see her fall apart. Let's see how that goes!

In one of the deleted scenes on nbc.com Michael said she was living with her sister now, but I bet she is still psycho and not working. Hopefully she gave up on the candle idea.
I'd really love to see or hear about Jan, but it might just end up being like Roy and there really won't be any mention of her again.
I hope she started seeing a therapist... or at least another one, because if I remember correctly it was her therapist that recommended she pursue things with Michael in the first place because she needed to indulge her destructive side. Obviously bad advice and she should find a better therapist. I think she needs a LOT of therapy.
