Toby is one of my favorite characters.
That scene in "Phyllis's Wedding"? After his date catches the bridal bouquet and then it shows him going, "Yeah! Toby!" I rewound that and rewatched it at least 15 times. redface

Toby is a really cool guy, and I can NOT stand the way Micheal treats him!
I hated during the Christmas episode how Micheal stole Toby's robe... but then Pam was so sweet and gave him hers. I can understand why Toby likes her.
I think it would've been interesting if Toby would have had the guts to ask Pam out because I think she would have been too nice to say no to Toby. That would have made for some good drama and comedy!

I feel bad for Toby. In "Fun Run" Michael and Dwight were being so mean to him. But he won... er... made it to the end first so I was happy for him.

I thought Toby's behavior was a little unprofessional in "Dunder Mifflin Infinity"
He shouldn't let his feelings get in the way of his job like that... Plus Jim and Pam could probably get into trouble if they don't properly disclose their relationship with HR.
I know he likes Pam, but he had his chance and he let it get away. He has no one to blame but himself.

Toby is depressing. I mean, he's not a depressed guy, but he gets left out of everything, like Beach Day. He never gets to do anything.
He doesn't have the guts to ask Pam out either but he keeps kind of dropping hints.
I don't know, I just feel bad every time he appears on the show because Michael always tells him to go away or something.
And Pam has no idea.
