Okay, I just want to say that it's really weird Ryan is at corporate.
I do not like his skeevy facial hair.

Yeah, according to his blog, he just has the facial hair for the show. (Whew, he looks so much better without it.)
His character's really turning out to be a jerk... I guess that's cause he's power hungry... But we'll see how he does at corporate.

Ok, I just have to get this out...
Ryan is such a loser! I can't believe he spent $200 on a hair cut! Couldn't he find something a little more worthwhile to spend his money on? I mean seriously?! Why would anyone in their right mind spend that much money on a hair cut... especially a guy. I would not have been able to tell the difference between his $200 hair cut and someone else's $15 hair cut.
Ryan has turned into a real loser.

I like the beard.
According to Novak, when Ryan is being insecure he just strokes it, and becomes confident again. It's his cutthroat businessman power source.
