[photoshop] Pixilated background effect

1.

Make a new image. Any size will work, then go Filter>Render>Clouds

2.

Go to Filter>Brush Stroke>Ink Outlines

Then mess with the settings till you get something you like.

3.

Hit Ctrl+U (don't know for mac) select colorize and find one you like.

YAY YOUR DONE!!!

You just need to know where to look.
Most of the clean ones are only available via torrents, and are hard to find - but they are out there.
