In midevil persia, Eath's mightyest and most mysterious kingdom, a king and his son defeat a powerful Maharajah, looting his palace of priceless treasure, including an extravagant hourglass and a mysterious dagger. What the prince did not realize was that these two objects can turn their possessor into an immortal god, and give him control over time itself. Tricked by a dying Visor bent on harnassing the power for himself, the Prince released the Sands of Time, destroying a kingdom and turning its populace into ferocious sand demons.
The Prince was able to re-seal the sands, and the land returned to its origional state.

But the Prince had not died. And that was a problem. It was written that whomever released the Sands of Time from their hourglass, must die. And the prince had not been killed by the sand creatures, or by the treaturous Visor.
A giant creature called the Dahaka began to hunt him, its intention was clear. It was there to kill the Prince.

In an attempt to escape his fate, the prince set out for the island on which the sands of time were created. Surely there, he could find a way to prevent himself from ever releasing the sands.

...But was he the only one attempting to change his fate? Or were a few of the crewmates from the ship he sailed there on lucky enough to be washed ashore as well?

Name: Solaris Brigadonion
Age: 19
Apearance: As you can see from her image, she has fine strawberry blonde hair, and striking grey eyes. Her skin is tan, and there are winged tattoes on her back. Standing at 5'6'', she's much taller than most of my characters. She usually wears nothing but armor, but when not in armor, she wears a black dress-like outfit, and sandals.
Artifact: A staff with a ruby embedded in the top. It's pretty tall. About 2 feet higher than Solaris herself.
Weapon(s): She weilds a rusted sword that belonged to her elder brother
Sand powers: Premonition
Power: Her only real power is that she can heal pretty damn well =3
Bio: Coming from a rich family, Solaris was always used to being spoiled rotten. Sometimes she can get annoying when she doesn't get something, but what she wants almost more than anything in the world is her freedom, and a chance to be married. Just to see what it's like. After her parents were killed, she set out on a quest with her brother to search for who killed their parents, but soon after, her brother fell as well, leaving her alone. Time went by, and before she knew it she was training and slaying demons. She concealed herself in the hopes that nobody would find her by wearing a long, black robe, and going under the name of 'Soleil', but who knows who could find out who she really is..?
Reason for coming to island: Unless she sheds the blood of those who killed her family within a certain amount of time, she'll die. She managed to trace one member of the group to the Island of Time...


Loki's Character

Name: Shor
Age: 20
Apearance: Shor
Artifact: on his sword are magical runes.
Weapon(s): a giant sword, a shield, can use other weapons if found
Sand powers: (Up to two) eye of the storm, seek
Power: when in battle he feels no pain (battle rage)
Bio: born into a bloodthirsty tribe he had a sword in his hands even before he could walk. as he grew up he longed for the world and left his village with the promise of getting even stronger. one day he reached a forest. inside the forest he found a sacred and hidden shrine, which his guerdians attacked him upun sight. Shor slayed all who challenged his life and entered the shrine. inside it were a sword and a shield. he picked them both up he felt something clinging to his soul. since then in every shrine he went to he couldn't get in. he was now unholy.
Reason for coming to island: a monk told him that in the island there is the cure to his situation.


Magna5's Character
Name: Suroma
Age: 20
Apearance: Without the tatoo
Artifact: His blade is connected to a long chain,which had been melted onto the skin of his arm.
Weapon(s): He carries a bow and arrow at his back. He also has the hell blade, hiwch is a sword that can be controlled a chain which seems to have a life of its own.
Sand powers:Recall,Eye of the storm.
Power: When extremely angered he becomes ruthless in battle,using any tactic to eliminate his enemies. Even if it involves putting others in harm.
Bio: Suroma was born in an all-around average village. He worked as a farmer until he was eight. On the day of his birthday, the town was attacked by a group of barbarians. They spared his life and took him in,training him until he was ninteen. The barbarian city he lived in was once again attacked, but this time by sand creatures. He was almost killed, but sold his soul to a demon. The demon saved Suroma's life, but melted the chain sword 'hell's thorn" onto his right arm.
Reason for coming to island: Suroma was told that the island was were the sand of time were created. He hopes to reverse his past, and never give his soul to the demon.


Foxby's Character
Name: James Kironi
Age: 13
Apearance:
Artifact: The sapphire on his forehead
Weapon(s): In the pic
Sand powers: Time travel, slow down, cyclone of time (Up to two)
Power: Sand beam: releases a dusty tan beam from the sapphire: takes three sands (Regular one that cannot be similar to any of the sand powers, and you can only have one!)
Bio: A thief and a warrior, he stowed away on the ship in search of treasure. He fought off and ran from a few sand creeps, then passed out from exhaustion. He soon found himself washed ashore an island next to, you guessed it, the Prince, but went off before he woke up.
Reason for coming to island: Stowed away. (Please make it related to the "You cannot change your fate" theme.)

Eye of the Storm (Slow down time)
Premonition (Brief glimps into the future)
Time travel**
Cyclone of Fate (Freezes time temporarally, allowing one to eliminate multiple enemies quickly, but it takes a lot of sand)
Seek (Finds locations, people or items one needs)
Ravages of Time (Quickly accelarates time around one, making plants grow, stone to errode, metal to rust... ect.)

**Everyone can use time travel, but they must be in a warp room. You can still pick two other powers if you put down time travel.

((OK, let's start.))

THe prince awoke, his head barely able to process what was going on. Slowly, the black fog covering his vision lifted while the sound of the ocean against the shore reached his ears. He slowly sat up, then moved to a standing position. The ship! The crew! He turned quickly around, his eyes scanning the seemingly lifeless beach for survivors.

I feel like my lungs are on fire... SLowly, she opened her eyes, feeling the burning, then gasping, choking, and breaking the surface of the water. "God damn!" She coughed, dragging herself towards shore, and collapsing, her chest heaving. "Ahh..." She shook her head, and looked up. "What......?"

He woke up on a sandy beach. his head felt like he spent a night in one of the toughest bars he used to go to.. before he found the sword. Now the memory came back. He opened his eyes and looked around, not moving. He did see something moving next to him. It was a crab, making his way to him. With one swift fist he smashed the crab to bits and got up.

She groaned, flopping over. "head...hurt......bllllaahhhh..." She gagged, her eyes becoming swirls.
