I just helped pick up trash around town. ^^
Has anyone helped do any of that kind of stuff recently?

No not really..the last time i recall doing some community service was cleaning up the cemetery with my classmates for some holiday....i forget..it was a spanish holiday i think...oh wait..now i remember..the day of the dead....i think....mah..oh well...i cant remember some things very well..well..did you have fun with it...it is best to do community work with friends...thats what we did..we grouped up into like friends and we just talked while we cleaned up...(some people just talked..)

Well, two of my three younger siblings came along and my mom. The buisiness she works for basically hosted it. And I got one of my friends and her brother to come, and four other people came, but they went the opposite direction we went.

And I got one of my friends and her brother to come, and four other people came, but they went the opposite direction we went. Wow...Thats cool..I remember my dads workplace did some kind of radiothon or something...i forget but yeah..thats cool what your moms work did...Its always good to help the community..and at least you got a good friend to talk to..I always thought in groups of friends the work may..or may not be done faster but at least you had a great time with it..

well one time my mom started bringing home rubber gloves from her work(she works at the hospital...)and we got enough to get 5 of our friends to help pick up trash around our street...we picked up like 4 or 5 full trash bags...it was like 2 years ago..we might do it again next year when it's not so cold out...

I haven't done any community service this year, but that is because I have been doing so much to help my mother. She has blastomycosis (fungus in the lungs) and hasn't been able to take care of herself like she should. She is finally getting back to being her old self, though, and I should be able to get back into the community service soon. Which is really good since Thanksgiving and Christmas are on the way!

I babysat my trainer's kids while their mom was in the hospital for free..... his kids are so cute and they have no idea what is happening to their mom ( they are 5, 3 and 3) . I didn't have the heart to tell them that their mom had breast cancer , not that they would know what breast cancer is.

I pick up trash when I can, I dont have all the free time in the world bewteen rps and pms I also enjoy fishing some.

I cleaned up trash around the town not too long ago. It was really nasty. Apparently people don't like to pick up our town crying

Does the Ecology Club at my school count?
We all get together once a week and collect paper from these bins that we put in every classroom in the school and we take them out to the big recycling bin outside. It's a lot of work, but it feels good to know that I'm helping save trees and help teach students how to become a tree hugger. XD

the other week i helped one of the new residents in my street clean out their house, the people before them trashed the place, and the backyard was a mess

I am going to have to get out in my yard and do the big Spring Cleaning. That is... If it ever stops raining long enough for me to get outside and actually do some good.
