How do you think Final Fantasy VII would have turned out had Zack lived? I myself think the game would be unrecognizable ;D.
"I've got a place in Midgar."
Zack would take Cloud to Aeris's place in Midgar and explain why he didn't call her the past couple years. I could see Aeris taking good care of Cloud, dare I say being a mother figure to him and with Zack and Aeris's support he'd be able to maintain his true self. Eventually they would run into Tifa who would hire Zack to help out Avalanche, (Cloud would help to because he wants to feel manly). I think Zack, Cloud, Barret and Tifa would all do a pretty good job protecting Aeris from the Turks and maybe the whole arrested by ShinRa fiasco would never happen. Anyway, I don't want to go to far into how things might have been had Zack lived but I do think with him around Aeris's death would have been avoided and Cloud would have never handed over the black materia to Sephiroth. heart

I think during the part where you'd have to sneak in and dress in drag, Zack would dress up to save Aeris, and Cloud would dress up to save Tifa.
My Zeris/Cloti mindset... BUT THIS IS A CLACKY GUILD! xD
Maybe they'd use the girls as an excuse to dress up, but really be checking one another out the whole time. Luls.
Anyway, I think that Cloud would be happy. And they'd have lots of cute moments! biggrin Like they do in CC, when Zack was alive. Also, if Aeris ended up dying still, it'd be hard on both Zack and Cloud, but I think that Zack would be just the type to help Cloud through his pain, and Cloud in turn would end up helping Zack too.
I still Tifa would be a big help to Cloud as well! ^^
