the year is 0079 Universal Century the deployment and devlopment of Mobile suits by Principality of Zeon have the tactical edge agaisnt Earth's Federation and declared war on the Federation which lend to the "one week war" zeon then strated Operation British to drop a space colony on South America where the Earths federation main HQ is located named Jaburo the attmen failed cusing the colony to drop on Sydney in Australia
and wipeing it off the map.
with the failuer of operation british earth now strats a earth drop operation to sucure stragictic points that the federation has no battle strength agaisnt zeon with only type 61 tanks and aircarfs zeon takes postions around the world at lighting speed, but have sucured to quickly and were not able to send enough supplys to thoese front lined.
a few months later the federation are almost finshied with there V project
