 ::Bardic Collegium::The Bardic portion of the Collegia. Students here learn the aspects of Music, aswell as the proper use and controle of the Bardic Gift. Aside from the musical aspects of this Collegium, students can also take lessons in History, Literature, and Religion.
Bardic is an building entirely on its own, much like Healers Collegium, but smaller. Its of a similar design as Heraldic, With the first floor dedicated to classrooms, and the second floor and third floor dedicated to dormintories.

In the bardic dorms, somewhere in one of the rooms, there was Kyler, and there was Tad. Two trainees sharing a room with each other, and sharing a few hostilities aswell.
Well, the hostile part was kind of one sided. Ky only got angry with Tad cause Tad was always angry with HIM. And.. there was that creativity thing that sort of pissed him off...
Anywho. This particular morning, Kyler was feeling no hostility at all towards his room mate. he'd been doing homework in his bed while Tad slept, until he got bored, and then, he quietly snuck over to Tads side of their shared room, and pretty much tackled the other bard trainee where he slept. "TAAAAAD! ITS MORNING TIME!!!!"

Being a bard is easy, or so all the heralds say. Tad could tell them a different story. Bardic life, yes, but to get there one had to go through the same obstacles that all trainees had to. And this certain obstacle was called Kyler. The Roommate of doom. It was bad enough that Kyler had no talent at all, but the other trainee decided to get up at an ungodly hour of the day.
Like today, for instance. Tad's first reaction was to swear, as he nearly jumped out of his bed. "DO YOU HAVE TO DO THAT?!"

Kyler was practically glomping the other bard trainee as he nodded a quick yes. "Sure. it gets you up fast, doesnt it?" he sat back and sneared at Tad "what, do you have a problem with another man jumping on you in bed?"

Tad tried to shake off the other boy, as well as trying to get himself awake and out of bed. Not doing well at either task, he settled for glaring.
"Another man, that's none of your business. But for a boy like you, yeah it bothers me. Now get back to your own bed."

Kyler barked a laugh "Im more man that you'll ever be, Tad, and you know it." He flicked the other trainee in teh head and hopped off tads bed, going back to the books and paper sprawled across his own bed. "Hurry and wake up! i need your help eh?"

Tad's mind ignored the teasing as soon as it picked up on the word 'help'.
"Help? You NEED me? For what?" His curiousity was more important than his hate at the moment, and so he made his way to Kyler's bed. "What assignment have you not finished yet?" There was no way he was going to let the brat copy his work again. Last time was a trick, and there was no way he was going to fall for it.

"Shut up, im not asking to copy anything." He held up a page with a bunch of history scrawled across it. "This. I dont know anything about this part of valdemar, but arnt you from somewheres near there?"

Tad studied the books, but at the same time he kept a close eye on Kyler. He didn't want the other trainee to be up to something. Not that anything geographic was his strong point. Hmm... maybe he should lie to Kyler, to make him get a bad mark?
"What do you have to write about there?" he asked, biting his tongue and trying to sound 'nice'. "You have to be a little more specific."

"Nothing to big. just comparing this part of Vademar with the north and south and stuff. Evaluate the differences between them." He blinked innocently up at Tad, why was he looking at him skeptically?? he hadn't done anything!
Poor tad, always thiking that Ky was trying to trap him in something. This was why regular conversation between teh two was so hard..

"Can't see what good it will help you with... but..." Tad grimaced, and stared at the books again. He really did hate geography and history, but it was a manditory course. And it would seem that Kyler hated it too.
"Well... this part is closer to Haven, so it is very different from the north and south." Tad cleared his throat, as he tried to remember what had been said in class. "The north and south are near major places of great battles, and actually, so are all directions. Taking this from a bardic point of view, the place that you pointed to isn't going to very exciting. I'd focus on the towns near Karse, or even the mysterious Iftel. That's if you want to get a good mark. Choosing a town near Haven is boring."

Kyler couldnt help but crack a smile, even though he tried not to. "You missed my question. I wanted you to tell me a little about your hometown; as i already know about the rest of Valdemar." He sighed and rolled his eyes, completely giving up now. Stupid Tad.
"History and Geography are my bests subjects. As if you didnt catch on" He heaved a sigh and dropped back onto his bed, tossing his papers and books aside so he didnt squish them.

Tad rolled his eyes and backed away from the books and papers. "Well, you could have just ASKED like a normal person, you know." Tad moved back to his bed, and pulled out his current work.
"If you're so good at History and Geography than why are you a bard? I don't think that Geography can really help you write a song. I can see history, but most bards can just make it up anyways."

Kyler sat upright with half a glare and stuck his tongue out at ignorant Tad. "I'm a bard because i can preform amazingly and i have that cool bardic gift. I dont need creativity to be successful, you know? i can mimic YOU well enough to keep my a** out of trouble."
