::Collegium/Palace Gardens::Outside the Collegium, you can often find people wandering through one of many small gardens. Perhaps you will be meet a herald taking some much needed rest, or a bard in search of inspiration. Be wary though, or you may interrupt a pair of young students trying to find some intimate time alone.
Whatever your reason for visiting the gardens, take comfort in the fact that this place is full of topiaries and seasonal flowers that remain beautiful no matter the time of year.

Kizzy wandered around the gardens. She didn't realize how BIG the collegium and palace area was. She was awestruck and hopelessly lost. She couldn't go back to the Inn now if she wanted to since she lost track of how she got to wherever she was. All she could tell was that she was in some pretty garden area. She would see some people occasionally but many were too busy to talk. There were young people in rust, grey, dark gold, green, and dark blue. There were somewhat older people wearing similar colors but in a different shade. She didn't see any servants out here at all - or at least, no one dressed as poorly as herself. Her feet were beginning to kill her so she took refuge on an empty bench and took off her pitiful shoes. Maybe when it got dark she could find a grassy spot to sleep on. It didn't get too cold at night, yet, right?

Shahi held the door open for Setu as she wandered out with him. "I believe it's this way... o, it's been so long since I've been through here," she said with a sigh. She led him out and down one of the various paths in the gardens.
"Soon, you'll be able to find your own path here. It really is a beautiful place," she said, remembering the "good ole days"

"Wow, the gardens here are pretty." Setu said as they walked down the paths. "You would never see something this nice in my neighborhood, it takes to much time to grow something you can't eat."

"Unfortunatly, I know what you mean," Shahi said with a smile. "But I'm sure you'll get used to this place. It's huge though, so it'll take some time." She absentmindedly picked a flower from its bush and sniffed. "You will become well educated and learn to control what ever powers you have been blessed with, Setu."

Kizzy heard voiced approaching her. She hoped that she wouldn't get in trouble for being here in the gardens.

Shahi, as is her custom, just waved at Kizzy when she saw her. She smiled, and then continued her monologue to poor Setu.

:: Of course she does, chosen:: he mindsent with a laugh. ::She just hasn't had time to talk to anyone for a while, not a soon-to-be student of Haven::
Shahi smiled, realizing that she was talking way too much for anyone's own good. She smiled at Setu again, "I'm sorry.... this is probably too much for you right now."

: Oh I see, Kell do you know who my teacher will be?:"I'll have to hear it all eventually anyway right?" Setu said grinning "Better to get it sooner, and have more time to think over everything." They continued walking in silence for a while longer when Setu piped up again "How much further is it?"

::Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing, chosen. But all of the teachers are very nice and all they want is for you to succeed. You have nothing to fear:: came Kell's loving reply.
Shahi smiled at the boy, he was so much like her late student, it was a nice and yet painful reminder. "You'll learn everything in good time," she had responded. And then, at his last question, "We can enter the building again beyond this bend. Then we'll see if there are any teachers available to take you in. We'll probably have to go and speak to the King and Queen though."

'The King and Queen! She expects me to see the King and Queen! But.. but... I'm just...' Setu thought his mind sent into a whirl at the thought of meeting royalty.

"It has been a long time since I've seen them..." Shahi said, starting to muse to herself again.
(Shahi still needs a companion... I suppose I'll start going hunting for one *gets a large elephant gun off of the wall*)

Silver Kujata Shahi, as is her custom, just waved at Kizzy when she saw her. She smiled, and then continued her monologue to poor Setu. Kizzy relaxed when the woman mearly waved at her and continued on her way. She really should find someplace other than the gardens, though. If only she knew her way around.

It then came to Shahi that not many people were supposed to be wandering in the gardens like herself. "Lost, little one?" she asked casually to the girl.
