Well i'm not doing any of this at the moment (except walking to school), because there is like a month wait until summer sports start, and i've had exams for the past 2 weeks. My goal is to lose a bit of body fat around my stomach so you can see my soon-to-be abs, and to improve endurance. So i know i should have at least one run in there, but i don't know how to get started, and i don't have joggers. Excuses excuses, i know.
Walk about 1-2 km per day (0.6-1.2 miles) to and from school, about 50 mins. Gym once a week, I spend 2 hours there. Start with the treadmill, bike and the rower thing for a couple of mins each. Then i would usually do a whole body resistance workout. Soccer, 1 hr game. I think this season i will be a midfielder, i'm not sure yet. I'm not much of an endurance runner but i can usually sprint faster then anyone on that field XP Kick boxing, 1 hr. She kinda mixes it with tae bo though, and about 10 mins of various exercises to warm down.

That's pretty good actually, though I think you should go to the gym more, maybe 2-3 times a week. Using bike, running, and rowing machine is great so it surprises you body and you don't over use a muscle. How many minutes each and how fast? I'm not sure how much time you have. But at the very least if you want to trim fat and build endurance, just run.
How many times a week do are you going to do soccer and kick boxing?
If you want to build endurance, run, bike or row at a steady pace. The steady pace is where you can still hold a conversation, but have a hard time talking or saying a whole sentence, haha. Like for running, try running at perhaps 4 to 5 miles per hour for certain periods of time.
Try running 15 minutes straight, then walk for 45 minutes. Then build it up if you can go more, 20 minute run, then 40 minute walk. Just increase it if you think you can.
Biking is great for endurance since you can move a lot without putting pressure on your joints compared to running, so maybe you can run the 15 mins or whatever you want to, then bike the rest at 45 minutes or row it. biggrin

I don't stay too long on each, but a couple of short 5mins sessions at a moderate pace. And oops i forgot to specify, soccer and kick boxing is once a week. Thanks for the advice :3 Would it be best to run at the gym, or just around where i live? Or does it make no difference? And would endurance biking help me with running at all? Lol, i feel kinda weird for asking that. MmMmMm i think i'll start writing up a schedule and diet and check it over with my doctor for the all clear before i do anything more.

Endurance biking of course will help with endurance and some muscles in running, but not all of it. As for where to run, I don't know. I don't know what your gym is like or where you live. Haha. Atmosphere wise, Gym might be better because it's a setting where you workout, so it'll kind of make you work out more. But I think the surface you're running on should be where you make your best choice. Don't run on cement. Haha. If the gym has a track with a "softer" surface then that's fine. If you're going to run around where you live, maybe run on grass around the park. Softer ground will be good for your joints. And yeah, it's always good to check with the doctor. biggrin If you're focusing on running, mix two of three endurance exercises, maybe bike and run one day, bike row the next, then run row the next, etc.
