It’s Mr. Resetti from Animal Crossing. At long last he makes his appearance! I’m just going to come out and say it: when Mr. Resetti appears, all he does is lecture you. Whether you’ve reset the game or not, he just lectures...
Huh? What’s that, Mr. Resetti? Oh! Umm... Sorry about that... (...This is so long...)
With Mr. Resetti, you can enjoy these terribly appreciated lectures even in Smash. He’s an Assist Trophy like no other.

Mr. Resetti. That's great. lol He was annoying in Animal Crossing and he probably will be here, mainly because he looks like the "Goldeen" of the Assist Trophies.

Blah. He's cool, I guess. I've only seen him once in animal crossing wild world, though. I've got his trophy in Smash Bros Melee, though.

rofl that assit Trophy is Funny he always complains to me on Animal Crssing once hes brother came really he wasn't as mean

I wonder how many different phrases he has... problably a lot. He's my favorite assist trophy so far.

Me and a friend had a personal experience with this guy... We were playing on teh pokemon stadium stage testing out the assist trophies. We eventually put aside our differences and just tried 2 get him off. Sooner or later (about halfway throught his speech) the stage changes in2 the electronic stage and the tredmills pull him off the stage. We were realy releaved.

I was suprized and happy to see him. I love Animal Crossing and I was happy to see it used in the game.
