Bio: Rei was abducted years ago after his parents were killed in a freak accident. He was led into a facility that was working undercover by a government for making genetically enhanced beings. Rei was given the characteristics of a kitsune; crafty and wise. This was the BIOS facillity, a place that will be long forgotten.
The BIOS serum, that was administered to Rei and five others was a test to see if their bodies will accept the genes and undergo the changes. The first three were unlucky, but he and another Cer, had adapted. Cer isn't Rei's real sister, but they were close to each other while they were imprisoned. With low rations and heavy training, Cer was the only one to encourage him to be patient. Cer had begun to develop problems adapting to her gene, so she had to be taken to intensive care, away from Rei. This was when they were both twelve.
Years later, Rei had escaped with two test weapons and Cer, who had been in a better condition but seperated from Rei. During the escape, a sniper fatally wounded Cer. She lived for another five years, but she died from an unattended internal bleeding.
Rei couldn't trust anyone after that; a reason why is because he had been brainwashed to believe that he was born a kitsune, and the humans at the BIOS facility were the same as the humans in the outside world, and because Cer was the last person he trusted.
