Because Gaia has taken away the dice roller and damage generator from most of us, I ganked some utilities, and pieced this damn thing together. The link to it is http://the-dischordant.net/bleach/
Within the next few hours, it'll be under http://b.anime-c.net/ , just so that it's easier to remember. I hope everyone puts this to good use, but I'd prefer it if Gaia's error was corrected sooner.

I don't know how you pieced that together, but it's awesome.....although...is there a way you can like "lock" the reset button or record when its used so nobody would be expected of cheating, trust or no?

No, unfortunately, there's no way to do that. We trust the members. And why do you keep mentioning cheating? We're all mature enough that it shouldn't/won't be an issue.
