Attention all kekkei genkai wielders!!!!

I have noticed over the past few days many, many various kekkei genkais being proposed to the Kages on here. I have two things to say to this; one is stop right now, no one is allowed to have one until a clan is formed (10+ people will open a clan up to this possibility unless the spots are taken). Secondly stop and think for a moment... a kekkei genkai is not, and I mean NOT, some mystical power that allows people to: turn into dragons, become immortal nor anything of the sort. No, a kekkei genkai is a genetic ABNORMALITY that might or might not have a positive effect on the user... that being said when one creates a kekkei genkai they MUST explain how it is physically possible to exist, how is works (and I mean with science!) and lastly why you think your particular clan deserves to have this ability.

The req. for all clans with a kekkei genkai:
1. Head of the clan must be Jounin rank or higher
2. The main body must be comprised of mostly Chunnin, then Genin and lastly Jounin
3. All clan members must agree to the limits the kekkei genkai has, no one singular kekkei genkai is all powerful for there are always limits!
