Touch of the Dragon- His signiture taijutsu style, swift and strong, it employs all of his training. With this style, each move flows into the next, leaving many options open just in case.
Raging Dragon- A taijutsu and ninjutsu technique. Using a medical jutsu that forms chakra around his hands that can cut the muscles, arteries, and organs inside the human body. With his speed, strength, and accuracy it is a deadly combination when fused with his personal taijutsu style.
Shock of the Dragon- Using the element Raiton, lightning, with a touch he can send a slight shock through the persons body. Depending on how much chakra he uses, it can range from a light shock, to a paralyzing shock. It can also be used like a defribrilator.
Dragon Breath- I mix between the fire dragon projectile and the ash breathing technique, after a few hand signs and inhalation, he can expell a fire/ash dragon that leaves hot ashes in the air even after the attack has gone. Inhalation of it can be highly dangerous to the lungs.

Bio:
Sarith, not thought to be a prodigy of the Uchiha clan at birth, was mediocre. He was, lazy, for lack of a better word. He was looked down on and people thought that he would never accomplish much of anything. He joined the academy at a young age, his family pulling on strings for hope.
He graduated that same yeah showing that he had some, if not great, talent and a future. He trained rigerously and was still a gennin when he activated his Sharingan for the first time. Ever since then he had began to pick things up quickly, and learning a smart role. He decided that since he could learn any jutsu with his Sharingan, why not become a medical specialist. He could learn those attrubutes and skills while still learning and becoming a great Shinobi.
It was the right thing in the end. He learned speed and deception. Not to mention the value of life. He became an ANBU black ops at a young age of 15 and a few years later he was honored to become one of the Legendary Sannin of Konohagakure.
