I think gaara is just because he says he needs to kill people to know he excists but i really think its the sand that makes him and he just wants friends. I think he also has bad emotion problems

I'm related to Itachi and sasuke always crys at night. He causes me to have bags under my eyes!
Gah, Sasuke also cuts him self. We have to put make up on his wrisats when they need him to film naruto.
Believe me when I say it.
Sasuke is more Emo.

Sorry idon't think he is i have never seen him cut himself in any of the episodes and gaara has really bad emotion problems like when he gets mad at you he says don't make me have to kill you

I think Gaara is more emo. The term "emo" comes from "emotional" and Sasuke is pretty emotionless (except for his anger issues with Itachi...), Gaara is way more emotional and has more emotional...problems sweatdrop . Plus emo's are always saying how they're misfits and no one loves them, which is pretty much Gaara's life story. Also, when Gaara was little, he tried to cut his wrist (but his sand stopped him). He's even got the emo eyes.
Gaara is way more emo than Sasuke, and that's that razz
