The idea isn't to copy the Otomes that already exist, but to modify your avatar so that it looks like an Otome - remembering that Gaia's Otomeish item amount is very limited. So use your creativity, think what items remind you of Mai Otome and start to put them together.
It doesn't have to be affordable, either. This is just a game, playing around Gaia's items and so. But sure you can make it affordable and even try it in Gaia, too.
