I juse had a nightmare that my parents were in a wreck and i can't them on the phone....what should i do>

Stop watching scary movies during the daytime? xD I've heard that watching scary movies in the daytime is worse than watching them at night, because the thoughts will come back to you at night.

But I didn't watch any scary movies! Thats the problem! I had like another bad dream a few minutes ago! And now I'm bleeding to death!!! *dies*
