I know quick results are not the way to go, but it's what I'm after. I do have about 3 months though.
Ok, I'm going away over the summer break and most of the time, I will be at the beach, so spending a lot of time in bathers or shorts and sleeveless/singlet tops.
I'm sick of wearing ugly board shorts with my bikinis every summer, so I'm wanting to really tone up and loose some weight so that I will look good in a bikini only (I don't like board shorts because I have short legs and the shorts usually make it really obvious and like I'm 'dumpy' even when I was skinnier).
So, I'm after something that I could do to tone and loose weight on my thighs, stomach (especially lower stomach) and upper arms.
This is what I have planned so far (options so may do all or little of these):
ARMS Pushups (triceps), dips (triceps) - need something for biceps, no where to do chin ups though
STOMACH Situps (upper abs) - need something for lower abs, but I have lower back problems so I can't do leg raises
THIGHS Running, cycling
Only problem with it, I don't feel like that is anywhere near enough and I procrastinate a LOT!! So I need something that will give me results, allow me to have a lot of fun and want to keep doing it, also something that won't cost anything, I'm on a really tight budget at the moment.

You're going to get barely any results if you procrastinate a lot. But if you want to have fun doing it, work out with friends or family. Or do some kind of physical activity that you find fun. Playing basketball or soccer.
To make it interesting why don't you mix it up a bit. Besides doing different exercises so you won't get bored, try doing them at a different place, like run in another park. Don't focus on certain parts either if you're trying to get thinner, it's best if you do an overall exercise to trim off the fat.

You have to keep at it day after day. That way your body prepares itself for that kind of thing over time. Getting fit is like everything else: keep at it.
