My name is Marvin and I'm a Gaia Addict. I'm 46 years old and I was looking for a way for my wife (she has Multiple Sclerosis and is limited to what she can physically) and I to have something to do tat we could together; I found Gaia. She joined and got hooked too, but, I can’t get her out of the games rooms. So I am bound to wander Gaiaworld alone with 12 and 13 year olds who live to start flame wars and who know so much more then me. Then, a spark of hope… a whole community of people over 18………

lol..... oh, your story is appreciated! My husband and I used to play WoW together, but the whole things started to bore me, and so now he is there and I am here.... originally talking t56o 13 and 14 year olds and feeling OH so uber mature, until I found this group. Nice to meet you, hope to meet your wife in here as well. If you ask me we are a group of oddballs and maludjusted's. We love it here!

That is awesome that you and your wife can get on gaia together. Sorry I havn't got around to posting. I have been stuck on the RP forum and havn't been checking out much of anything else. Anyway, Welcome

MARVIN DARLING! Welcome to the guild! I think that we have all been there when we first joined.
I saw my son doing a puzzle online one day and said.. "HEY, I wanta do a puzzle on the computer!"
Next thing I know I'm here. I played the WORD BUMP like a mad woman at first.. then it got glitchy and finally stopped workin right altogether. I was invited to a guild and found it kind of boring. No offence to the kids, but we have different interests. So I searched for "ADULT" fearful that I might find something that I was NOT looking for. :p
And HERE I AM!! The folks here invited me in with open arms... or I pushed my way in and hugged them all silly.. something like that.
SO HAPPY that you found us!! Welcome. So, what does your wife play? When will you bring her in to meet the family?

Don't listen to that OLD man!!! LOL!! Just kidding daddy dear!!! It's okay everyone, put down your dukes, he is my real life dad!! Also........Hee Hee, I made him a grandpa on July 10th of this year!!! My baby boy is now 3 months old, his name is Mason Lee, he is my husband's and I pride and joy!!!
