Personality:
Llyri is what you might call "not all there", but he's at least more conscious of the physical world than his four psychic sisters. He tends to get so lost in his art that he forgets to eat, or drink, or even move, and someone needs to snap him out of it. The deeper in he is, the more accurate the drawings, but going in too far is dangerous when he doesn't have that level of ability.
When he is most conscious, he tends to be spacy and a little creepy at best, but his intentions are good (if and when they exist) and he does seem to posess something of a moral code. Llyri is also very good at making himself not think about questionable things like stealing and murder. His emotions are all pretty much on the happy-neutral side at surface level. That's what living with mind-readers will do to you.
Background:
Delirious is the youngest in a family of psychics. The whereabouts of his parents are unknown, and they are thought to be housed in a hospital in a catatonic state while their minds traverse the vast unknown. He was raised by his four sisters, also all powerful psychics and their psychic pokemon. His main caretaker was an espeon called Mina, who belongs to his eldest sister, Simplicity.

Storyline Notes
Since Llyri is an art based character, he obviously is going to rely a lot on his vision. Thus, I want him to have specific pokemon that glow or that are exceptionally beautiful. His theme color is silver, because silver reflects all light. Thus, it's really all colors meshed into one, which symbolizes how Llyri appreciates each and every color equally. If I can get customs, I want his pokemon to have silver eyes, which perpetuates his theme. Now, onwards to the wanted list.

His name is Flak and he is Llyri's...well, I don't suppose I could say rival, because Llyri isn't competitive enough, but he is a companion trainer to Llyri. Flak is the guy who actually knows how to run things when training pokemon. He is a good deal stronger than Llyri and his primary pokemon is a Mightyena, but he keeps switching in really young and weak pokemon to train in the rest of his party, so he is able to work at the same level as Llyri for the most part.
