Everyone, I repeat EVERYONE, needs to read all of the announcements and stickies in every subforum before doing anything. There have been a number of instances that the GMs' time has been used looking at something that can not be accpeted in the first place due to rules and necessary additions that people don't have because they don't read announcements and stickies we make for a reaons.
The GMs don't make these endless posts for no reason. We are trying to help everyone follow the rules we have put in place for specific reasons. From now on if a character is submitted that is missing something or goes against the character guidelines that have been set we are not going to be nice and give you chances to edit because as members of the guild you should read the rules before hand. New users are the only people who get more than one try with a character profile.

CHARACTER RULES

1. Use the correct submission form without the information in the parentheses.
2. There are extra additions available for you to use. You don't have to use them, but some people would prefer it if you did.
3. Read the other character profiles to make sure your character is original.
4. We don't want too many epicly sad bio stories. We know everyone has their share of problems and issues and that's fine, but don't go too overboard with it.
5. New users get only two chances to edit their character before it will be declined and you must try again.
6. Members who already have one character do not get any chances to edit a new character as they know what is required.
7. Be realistic about age. Age limit for students is 30 unless there is some kind of specific reason they are older. Even then they must act like a normal student.
8. Make sure the character thread is correctly named.
9. Wait for GM approval before doing anything more with the character.
10. Do not bother GMs to look at your character as we do have lives.
11. Once your character has been accepted enter your character into the roleplay in good time and in a realistic way.

These rules MUST be followed or the character will not be accepted. We create rules for a reason.

Notes

1. GMs have the power to create more characters for the sake of plot progress. Please don't question the characters as there is a plan and plot.
2. Any declined characters and characters idle for more than fifteen days without proper notice will be moved to the dead zone.
3. All Vampires and Werewolves profiles should be sent to Rain of Pain first even if they are half. We would like for them to be the same type since there are many different views on them.

Your Gaia Name:

Race:

Appearance:

Height:

Strengths:

Weaknesses:

Weapon:

Personality:

Bio:

Extra:

Details
Status:
A student has no choice but to be flawed. There is no student who mastered a sword or has unlimited magic. The reason you are a student in the school is because you want to learn how to use weapons. Teachers have more freedom regards of the mastering weapons and having certain magic or mastered unusual powers. Headmasters are already chosen so you can't be one. They are the top of the top. GMs will not allow a character to have a certain status if it conflicts with their character.

Age:
The age is very important because it distinguishes your character's peer group and how characters who are either older or younger interact with them. It also helps distinguish what he is legally able to do for example drinking. A young character wouldn't be allowed to drink alcohol until a certain age. For all people who want to know about the average age when a character is legal to drink and smoke, it will be 21 years of age. Character's who are much older can be much wiser. Vice versa, character's that are much younger have still a lot to learn. If there is an age conflict with your character we GMs will not approve of your character.

Height:
Height is a small issue but it still has guidelines. A really tall character must have a reason for being that tall, especially if the age is a lot younger than 18.
If your character is half giant then having a 7'2 feet tall character is okay. But if your character is only 13 but he's standing at 6'0" feet then there better be a really good reason or it will be unacceptable for us GM's to approve of.

Appearance:
This is very important and we require detailed explanation on the attire of your character. Pictures are allowed to help for visual purpose but it isn't enough for the appearance section. GM's will not accept only picture appearances.

Race:
List their race here (if it was not obvious). All Vampires and werewolves should have their profile shown to Rain of Pain first, as stated in the rules.

Strengths:
List mental and physical attributes that your character is above average in. For example he is able to see far distances with his hawk like eyes. A good explanation will also help. Any unique powers will not be displayed here but in the extra portion.

Weaknesses:
List mental or physical attributes that hinder your character. You may also list different fears and the like. Again explanation will be very helpful.

Personality:
This should explain any tendencies your character has and also how he'll react to certain places, races, and situations. If you're character has too many traits that contradict you profile it will not be approved.

Bio:
This is very important for your character's profile. It shows a brief history of what your character has done and also why he/she applied to the House of Bricks in the first place.

Extra:
Here you will put any extra detail like a unique power, or the reason your character is afraid of something. This part just states everything else about your character that has no other place in your profile.

Necessary extras
Kills: -used later on in the RP if your character has no past in this subject-

Wins/Losses/Ties: Obviously self explanatory, any duel/spar with a character

Unique/Acquired attributes: This is an important part. List you special abilities and explain them the best you can. I'll look it over and will edit or tell you to fix it if it's too godmodish. Also if you do have a power make a limit or issue that will affect the use of it.

Weapons: List any weapons your character has also describe them if they weren't describe in your profile

Update Extra: Explains it all... anything that comes up in the RP that your character reveals, learns, or experienced can be updated here. This makes it a lot easier for newer players to understand your character.

Notable Character Info: - posts certain things about your character that would be important to know, ie- Hiro is the heir of the Miyamoto clan.

Day XXX: You will list the day your character is involved in the RP and any events that happened on that day that your character is a part of.
