I'll start... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rV8Iuke2BmgThis guy's name is Wang Lee Hom and hes a really popular Taiwanese singer that grew up in America. He invented his own music style called "Chinked out". The song is called 'Heroes of earth' and features Jin a rapper who had a song called 'Learn Chinese' a few years ago. Lee Hom is one of my favorite singers. cool

Heard of Yuki, her singing is pretty unique. DBSK Rising Sun. Only song I like off them and probably My Destiny as well. I don't really listen to them though. Their a Korean boyband but they are immensely popular (in the asian countries of course). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDITeXObEjE

Otsuka Ai (taken from wikipedia): Her single, "Planetarium", was released on September 20, 2005. It was the insert song for the live-action drama Hana Yori Dango. This was also her last single of the year. "Planetarium" was also her last single to chart at #1. "Planetarium" sales of 315,669 was her second highest single below "Momo no Hanabira" before her third studio album was released.
Wang Lee Hom (taken from wikipedia, you should read it all, its very interesting. He could have been a lawyer or doctor you know O_O"): Continuing the "chinked-out spirit" by infusing elements of Beijing opera and Kunqu into the songs, Heroes of Earth (蓋世英雄) was released on December 30, 2005. Heroes of Earth again won him Best Male Vocalist in the 17th Annual Golden Melody Awards in 2006.
Heroes of Earth broke the record of impressively selling more than 1,000,000 copies ten days after the release.[3] The album stayed at first place in the G-Music Charts for 6 weeks.[4]. Ultimately, the album stayed in the charts for a total of 23 weeks and became third for the most sold album in Taiwan of 2006.[5]
DBSK (taken from wikipedia): The group was the first Asian group to win two Thailand Music Awards for both Best Music Video ("Rising Sun") and Favorite Asian Artist. They also won the Popular Vote Asia Artist award at the Virgin Hits Awards 2006 in Thailand.
Chart toppers indeed cool

I LOVE WIKIPEDIA!! Yeah Yoko Kanno is a goddess to me. She does so many different styles. I love her music. She said in the extras of the Cowboy bebop movie that she went to Louisiana and she fell in love with jazz. I think that is so cool. I also love Mia Yamane. She is wonderful! I love her voice. Its so not what you would expect from such a small asian lady. I just love it. heart heart whee

Millions of Stars - Jean Michel JarreYea, veering from Asian Pop music! sweatdrop (Partypooper!) This guy playing a performance in a concert, he is actually incredibly famous in Europe and Asia. He holds the current Guinness World Record for the Largest Audience of an Outdoor Conert, the fourth time he hit the record, 3.5 million in Moscow. Electronica artist from France, Jarre's the hugest influence in my fractal art, and, surprise surprise, as I mentioned in the Introduction thread, the piece as the background in my account site, was based of this song.
