Avanish find himself really odd in his new tribe. He was found wondering Aimlessly and not really remembering anything at all. Just that he was lost and had no clue where he was. He flicked his long multi-colored tail as he slowly walked through the path. It was strange how they took him in so quickly. Though, it was a small tribe indeed. He had been watching one young lemur in the group that seemed to have no family either.

Of course, he couldn't help but feel sorry for her for not having parents. He didn't know if he had kids before, but it felt like he did since he was more acting like a father to her. He yawned as he continued to walk. He wasn't much in the mood for jumping around trees. Having hardly any sleep the night before. He just wasn't quite comfortable yet.

Chameli found herself, yet again hopping though the tree tops. This time not as fast as normal and not as far as she normally went. Curiosity had taken a hold of her since a new member came to her tribe. Different then all the other's she noticed, he hadn't remembered anything of his past. Yet she wondered if he was just lying.

She had been following the adult as he walked along below her. Though, she wasn't trying to stalk him. It was more her wanting to get to know him, but wasn't sure if she should actually go down and talk to him. Her being in her teen stage, she wasn't trying to act as if she wanted to know anything about him. He was simply going in the way she was. At least he wasn't in the threes as she was.

Though, with not paying attention like happens all the time, she slipped off a branch and came tumbling down to the ground. Lucky for her, she landed in a bush, and wasn't that high up in the trees. It wasn't the first, nor the last time she would fall out of the tree. Her fall wasn't at all quiet. Landing with a loud thump and a "Ooof" To follow it.

A sound behind him made him stop and turn around. Of course, it would have made anyone turn around because it sounded as if a rock fell from the sky. Or something fell out of the tree. Avanish raised an eye brow as he saw light green and yellow come from the bush not to far from where he was. Was he being followed.

He turned completely now to get a better look of who it was that had fallen. Though, he was sure it was the green female he had felt rather sorry for. "Are you ok? He asked not knowing what else to ask her. Why was she following him. Well, it could all be a misunderstanding and they could have just ended up there by chance.

Chameli felt rather stupid for not paying attention. Though, she should have known it was going to happen. It happened a lot. She wasn't totally perfect at bouncing from tree to tree like most lemurs. Though, she was getting a lot better then most of the other's her age. Though, she had nothing better to do then spend her time in the trees.

She crawled out of the brush. Giving the other a rather strange smile and flicking her tail. She had leaves all over herself. Though, she didn't care at all. She looked at him as if she didn't expect to see him at all. "I'm alright." She said with a nod. Or she thought she was alright. She didn't fill any type of bad pain anywhere. Just where she got scratched from the little bush. Though, not bad enough to make her bleed.

"What are you doing here?" She asked him as if this was her land. Her voice was strong and stern. She was trying to act tough, and it was working. She gave him a small glare as if daring him to say something about her questioning. She didn't trust him like the others. Or at least, not at the moment. Why should she. He probably was a spy from a different tribe.

Avanish smiled at her. She did have lots of spirit for how young she was. He stepped forward. "Oh, I could ask you the same thing, but I won't" Of course, it was no business of his of what she was doing there. Though, if she really wanted to know what he was doing, he'd not deny her of that.

"I was simply taking a walk to clear my mind." he said with a smile. "Or rather, try to remember why I am here, and how I got here." He said again with a more sad look. Oh how he wish he could remember his past. Even just at tiny bit. "But that stuff isn't too important." He said with a nod.

She didn't reply to him at first. She watched him carefully. Why couldn't she trust him? It was more the fact she couldn't trust anyone. Not one single Lemur in her tribe. Though, none of them really showed much interested in trying to help her out or anything like that. She then laughed. "Lies. Give up the act. I know you can remember your past. Your just trying to fool us all." She spat out before she could stop herself.

"And What I'm doing here, I wouldn't tell you even if you did ask me." She said with a little attitude. She didn't care how rude she was to him right now. He was the only one out of her tribe that actually had started talking to her really. She'd show them all. She'd be the leader when she's older and they'd all want forgiveness from her. She flicked her tail back and forth and watched the other as he came closer to her. Though he kept his distance from her.

He sighed. He figured she wouldn't have welcomed him like the others did. She didn't seem to be part of their small group. Though, she had a lot of spirit and tried her best, from what he seen, to stay with them for something. He wasn't sure exactly why she was with this tribe still. "I wish that were true. Well, not the part about trying to fool you all. But I really can't remember what happened in my past." He paused. "I don't even remember if I had kids, or if I had parents at one point in time."

Well, of course he did. He didn't know why he was being so truthful to this little Lemur, but it was best to get to know at least someone. And other then being greeted into the tribe, he hadn't really got to talk to the others. They seemed to busy. He sat down right where he was. He figured that she was there to talk, and the conversation was going to be rather long.

Perhaps, he wasn't lying after all. Though she didn't let her expression change. She wasn't going to allow him to get to her that easy. She glared at him more and made a huff noise as to say that she still wasn't buying it. How could anyone forget about their past? It was impossible. Or at least to her it was. Her past was very vivid in her mind, yet she wasn't about to say anything about it.

"Well, it'll take more then that fake story to make me trust you." She was just being a regular teen. She watched him sit down and also sat down. They were only a few feet apart. Her eyes never left him at all. Glaring at him as if he was some vile creature that dishonored her family in some way.

He raised an eye brow looking at her with a funny look. She really didn't want to believe that he had lost his memory. Or was it that she had something she wanted to forget. He looked at her with fatherly eyes. "I want to ask you one question." He completely changed the subject, well not completely.

"Where are your parents?" He asked her. He hoped it wasn't at touchy subject, but he knew it might be. Who wouldn't be upset as a kid when having no one to love.

She puffed up her fur. Like she wanted to go into detail with him about her parents. It took her a little bit to answer him. Though, it wasn't as touchy of a subject as it would have been if she actually knew more about her parents. Having them being killed almost the same night she was born. Though, knowing that they were killed before she got to know them was enough. "They are dead, ok?" she said in a rude childish voice. If he must know about them, she wasn't going to hide what happened to them.

He couldn't help her, or she thought he couldn't help her. How could he? She was alone, and he could never change the fact that they had died. Though, she did miss having someone there for her. Someone to care for her as she grew and teach her stuff parents should teach their child. Tears started to roll down her face as she finally looked at the other. Trying to hide them, though it was rather hard. She wiped her face with the side of her front leg before looking at him again. "Nothing can change that." She said in a low whisper.

He didn't mean to make her cry, not at all. He stood up. He knew how hard it was to be alone, and he didn't know if he had been alone all his life. But he figured that would be what had happen since no one had yet to come look for him. He looked at her with caring eyes. "It's ok. I'm here for you." he said as he came closer and patted her on the back.

He really didn't know what else to do at all. He flicked his tail and sat down next to her. All he could do now, was sit here and let her talk, let it all out before they could be friends. She needed someone to talk to, or that's what he figured.
