Words gotten around Roanapura. Somebody has been causing s**t again, but the strange thing is there hasn't been a single witness to any of the crimes. For all the witnesses, just vanished. Like a wisp of smoke, into the cold salty air not a single trace. The only clue was a single joker card, with the eyes punched out left at the scene of the latest massacre bounty hunters are searching far and wide for this juicy target. Several wealthy benefactors in the city, have put out a hit on this mystery killer in the hopes that the killing will stop. But it's been over a month and not one single trace, the only clue is that eerie joker card staring back at you with hollow eyes and an empty grin.

CHARACTERS
The Lagoon Company
Dutch
The leader of Lagoon Company and captain of the ex-American Navy PT boat Black Lagoon. He is a former American soldier who fought in the Vietnam War . He tends to stay away from the fighting associated with Lagoon Company's activities. Instead, he gives orders and negotiates contracts with clients - usually Balalaika of Hotel Moscow. Dutch is a calm, easygoing character, and quite friendly. He is a Christian , denomination unknown. His body is heavily muscled, and he is always seen wearing a pair of sunglasses. He appears to be in his 30s, but is likely in his 50s, based on his military service in Vietnam.

Does most of the fighting for Lagoon Company. She is of Chinese descent, and she grew up in the United States, spending most of her youth as a thief and murderer. She only speaks English. Revy is very competitive, easily bored, and quick to anger. Her skill with firearms and ability to dodge bullets seem superhuman. If everyone enjoyed their work as much as Revy, the world would be a much better place, the only problem is, her job is killing.

Was a Japanese salary man until he was taken hostage by the crew of the Black Lagoon. He joined Lagoon Company after his employer abandoned him in its attempt to cover up the smuggling operation in which he had been an unwitting participant. Rock is an humble and mild-mannered person, often surprised at the barbarity of the South East Asia crime world; he still wears a tie and collared shirt when on the job with Lagoon Company, and prefers to use words over weapons during negotiations.

a college dropout from a university in Florida, where he studied until getting into trouble with the FBI and the mafia. He works as the Lagoon Company's mechanic, computer specialist, and researcher. He is Jewish. Dutch calls him Benny-Boy.

Balalaika
The boss of the Russian Crime Syndicate 'Hotel Moscow', a branch of the Russian mafia based on Thai soil. Before joining the mafia, she was a VDV paratrooper and Spetznaz officer in the Soviet army during the Soviet war in Afganastan. She wears her BDU shirt as a jacket. She frequently employs Dutch and the Lagoon Company, apparently because they share a mutual respect; Dutch considers her to be a person with a 'sense of honor'. Balalaika can be easily identified by the burn marks which scar most of the right side of her face and neck. She has long blond hair, and usually wears a large overcoat and a low-cut business suit. She appears to be in her 30s or 40s. The men under he command are all former Russian Special Forces, and with her at the helm they become the most deadly fighting force on earth.

Boss Chang
Boss of the local Triad. . Probably the only ‘man’ alive that is a match for Revy in combat. He's hired the Lagoon company on more then one occasion. He’s just that damned cool.

Just as Revy is the most dangerous gun fighter in Roanapura, Shenhua (Or the "Yes it is" lady as Revy likes to call her) is the most dangerous when it comes to bladed weapons. She tends to speak in fractured English, since it isn't her native language.

Rotten "The Wizard"
A man with a flare for drama. Rotten talks big, offten trying to make a big enertance that more offten then not gets cut short. Inspite of his flash and flare Rotten is a cunning gun fighter and one of the few hired guns in the city smart enough to ware a kevlar vest.

Hansel and Gretel
Hansel and Gretel are two unnamed Romanian identical twin orphans. Sadistic and psychotic, the twins are perhaps the most evil characters in Black Lagoon, having seen years of brutal abuse.
Weapon of Choice, Hansel: a pair of Battle Axes as well as various handguns.

Appearance:Kell
Personality: Somewhat unstable and considered a psychopath by many. He takes pleasure in the more basic things, especially killing having perfected it down to an art form.
Bio: Kell was a rather normal boy when he was ten. If skinning your next door neighbors cat, was considered normal having a long list of parental abuse ranging from constant beatings to starvation, some would consider him lucky to have survived the near fatal abuse he suffered. While not warping in the sense of possibly, a child being raped it was still traumatic for him and something inside his head snapped. When his father came after him one night, intent on beating him again Kell pulled out a knife and without mercy struck back in a fit of blind rage and mental anguish.
He proceeded to stab cut and disembowel his father. Kell managed to smile softly at the screams, that drew mother dearest out she received the same punishment only it was worse more directed and much more....brutal he left at the age of fifteen with his fathers prized handguns and shotgun. Kell hasn't been heard of since, until now seven years later in Roanapura.
Other:He has practiced muai thai while inexperienced he has taken pride in the defensive tactics he implies in it. As well, as his bone crushing kicks. He wears a pair of metal cast like things on his lower legs, they end just below his knee cap and above his ankle, giving him full flexibility and heightened defense while giving him more damaging kicks. He also has several years of practice with his weapons on live targets able to use his saiga 308 with excellent accuracy. Near marksmen like, and rather quick reflexes with his handguns.
