Sorry, wasn't sure if this should go in the drugs subforum or not, if so just move it please mrgreen
anyways, lately, I've been thinking about dumping the terrible habit of smoking.
But the thing is, I really enjoy smoking, and its become habit for me now(not addicted, I believe addiction is all mind over matter) its become part of my daily routine.
Why I wanna quit:
-my rents would get mad if they knew
- i usually get my smokes by taking them from my rents(costs them moe money, i could get in s**t)
-unhealthy
-winter is coming, too cold to stand out in the smoking section at school to have a smoke!
so yeah, Idk if I'll just cut down, or quit completely... Idk.
I've just been thinking about it.
but yea, if I try to quit....tips? biggrin

It's fine to have posted it here.
I smoke, and I take them from my mom too, after being so careful,
and being accused of smelling like it etc/denying it.
I think my mom knows, but it makes me happier to think she doesn't know.
To quit, all you have to do is cut back. Say you have 8 smokes a day,
cut down to 5. And do that for a bit, and then cut down even more.
You don't have to quit, you can just cut down, 'cause it'll help your body.
I enjoy smoking, so I don't want to quit, lol; it relaxes me so much <3

Nicotine is indeed a drug, cappa...
Oh well, I guess we'll just leave it here.....
But yeah, this is exactly why I really don't want to start smoking. And the fact that it ages your skin...
All I can say is good luck. I know that no one in my school that has tried to quit smoking has truly succeeded.

i had to quit smoking because my lungs were taking the effects pretty harsh.... its hard...

it's something you enjoy.

just don't overdo it.
i myself like smoking in cold weather,

Lmao, awe sad I'm sorry, you're still young though, I'd be responsible,
and tell you to quit straight up, but that would make me a hypocrite,
since you're young, like me I don't see a need in quitting, although
it will probably hurt you in the future ~

Try the Nicotine patches. Thats how my brother quit.
