Is This Team Good?

Crobat
Job: Starter
Shadow Ball
Poison Fang
Sludge Bomb
Confuse Ray
Use a Heart Scale to get Cross Poison instead of Poison Fang, and get rid of Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb since they're both special attacks, and Crobat is better off as a physical hitter. It should have a good Flying attack for STAB purposes (like Wing Attack or Aerial Ace). Return isn't a bad choice either seeing as you need strong friendship to evolve it that far in the first place.

Garchomp
Job: Physical Sweeper
Iron Head/Body Slam
Eathquake
Dragon Pluse
Flamethrower
You say it's a Physical Sweeper but you have two special moves on there... lose Dragon Pulse for Dragon Claw and Flamethrower for Crunch.

Starmie
Job: Special Sweeper
Surf/Psychic
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Cosmic Power
I'd keep both Surf and Psychic for STAB, then decide between Ice Beam and Thunderbolt if you want to stick with Cosmic Power. Whichever move type you're lacking is probably the best choice in the end. 3nodding

Torkoal
Job: Wall
Iron Defense
Amnesia
Endure
Earthquake
I'd stick with Curse if you were planning on keeping EQ on there, that way Torkoal can benefit from the rise in attack power as well.

Claydol
Job: Wall
Cosmic Power
Rest
Reflect
Ice Beam
Maybe put Sandstorm on there somewhere which would help make it a bit annoying, plus Garchomp would benefit from Sandstorm as well if Claydol were to fall.

Umbreon
Job: Toxic-Trapper
Mean Look
Toxic
Confuse Ray
Dark Pluse
Instead of Dark Pulse, you should probably have something else there instead, like Baton Pass, Wish, or Moonlight. Wish or Moonlight give you recovery while you watch your foe suffer, and Baton Pass could swap Umbreon out if need be while keeping Mean Look in effect.

I put my suggestions in purple, but I'd lose Claydol for something else so that way you don't have 3 weaknesses to Ice.

Is This Team Good?

Crobat
Job: Starter
Shadow Ball
Poison Fang
Sludge Bomb
Confuse Ray
I have yet to train a Crobat personally, so I really don't know what to suggest. I would recommend Haze over Sludge Bomb and Cross Poison over Poison Fang.

Garchomp
Job: Physical Sweeper
Iron Head/Body Slam
Eathquake
Dragon Pluse
Flamethrower
Dragon Pulse for Dragon Claw is pretty much a no-brainer. You could drop Iron Head/Body Slam completely for Swords Dance, if you do swith out Flamethrower for Fire Fang, otherwise the moveset actually looks ok. Stick a Choice Band on it and you're all set.

Starmie
Job: Special Sweeper
Surf/Psychic
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Cosmic Power
Tanking Starmie wants Cosmic Power, Sweeping Starmie would much rather have its STAB moves or Grass Knot for coverage.

Torkoal
Job: Wall
Iron Defense
Amnesia
Endure
Earthquake
I haven't seen this Torkoal build since Net Battler. Endure is pretty worthless now, I would suggest dropping it for either Heat Wave, Lava Plume, Gyro Ball, or Will-o-Wisp. If you go with Will-o-Wisp, feel free to switch Iron Defense for Curse or Stealth Rock, since physical pokemon usually aren't even going to bother fighting it.

Claydol
Job: Wall
Cosmic Power
Rest
Reflect
Ice Beam
Nice, but I have a suggestion: Try Sleep Talk over Reflect, nothing is immune to Ice and Sleep Talk means you could be gaining stats while it's dormant.

Umbreon
Job: Toxic-Trapper
Mean Look
Toxic
Confuse Ray
Dark Pluse
Umbreon is a serios threat when it has no attack moves at all simply because its support moveset is that friggen good. Dark Pulse being pulled for Screech gives you an option when fighting Steel Types, and Moonlight gives you Recovery.

I only really have one suggestion, and that's to switch out Earthquake on Torkoal for something with STAB. Torkoal is something that's going to last for a while, so I would pick a fire move accordingly. Maybe something like Ember, which is good for wearing down your enemies, especially if it burns them.

Type-wise, everything looks good.
