Death Threads and the Dance of Death
The Dance of Death refers to the series of fighting techniques used when fighting with the death threads. This style requires the continual use of speed, and therefore requires endurance training and upkeep.
The death threads are a pair of thin threads that Tatsumaki uses for the Dance of Death. They can be used to slash (like a bullwhip would) or to can be wrapped around an opponent's body or appendages. When used lightly, they can be used to simply restrict a person's movements, but when used with more effort, they can fracture bones or amputate limbs.
The death threads are manipulated with a combination of physical movements and chakra manipulation. Chakra manipulation has the advantage of subtlety, but it is more tiring over time.
Though the threads are tough, they can be cut with weapons. Every night Tatsumaki must use chakra to either repair the threads or create new ones.

Storm Serpent Familiar
To perform this jutsu, Tatsumaki condenses chakra between her palms while holding the final hand sign (tatsu: dragon). When she releases it, the chakra takes the form of a dragon, which appears to be made of lightning. This jutsu is used as a projectile. It dissipates after about three seconds.

Poison Restriction
As a student of medical ninjutsu, Tatsumaki has learned to some extent to manipulate her own body. If she is poisoned, her body automatically activates Poison Restriction.
This jutsu causes the body to began production of antibodies that instantly attack and destroy poison molecules. This jutsu gives Tatsumaki an extra five minutes to either continue fighting or run away. When the five minutes is up, the jutsu deactivates, and she must seek medical attention.
This jutsu must be prepared ahead of time. If the jutsu has been used, the Tatsumaki must prepare it again. If she is not poisoned over a long time, then she can wait up to a week before preparing her body again.
