Akakage finished playing chess with Garreth was irritated slightly with ending it in a stale mate. That's a stupid rule, the kings can't fight with each other. But then again it reminds me of war in real life. Usually the other King is killed by someone else. He teleported to the cafeteria to find an inviting aroma. He saw Xero sitting already with his same blank face just staring at nothing. "Xero today's lunch smells different. Did you help the cooks today?"

Xero looked at the man and astonished that the smell of metal and blood just suddenly appeared out of no where. "Yes I did. I have a question for you."

Akakage walked to the teachers side in the cafeteria and said, "Alright, what do you need me to answer."

"A boy who smelled of damp forest came into the cafeteria and taken one of the rolls we just finished baking. According to customs such actions should be punished correct?" Xero asked with no emotion.

"Yes, if eating at the non-designated times without the permission of the chefs then that student will have to be punished." Akakage replied.

"Then will not letting the boy eat be suitable enough of a punishment? That was the punishment my father always gave when I tasted one of his newest recipes before it was finished." Xero asked once more.

Akakage nodded and waited for the rest of the students to enter. "You know which one right?"

Xero replied, "Yes his scent is distinct."

Noir watched as the headmaster and her master talk. She waited patiently for her love to enter the doors of the cafeteria.

Hiro walked in and sat down immediately but couldn't help but drool a bit with the smell in the cafeteria. This is different.

(Lol, yeah he does. But he's a good teacher despite his attitude, thank his high IQ for that. =P Kyo's going to call her Kitten for now and even after he's formally given her name; And Shady's right about Wyverns too. There are alot of myths, I just choose to believe the slave race theory. Keeps even good dragons from being too holy.)


Kyo lingered as the other students filed out and walked up to Evelyn he bowed and said apologetically, "I'm sorry I hurt your feelings. I'm used to something far less structured than this school and meant no disrespect. I hope we can be friends from now on, as Elven life is very much in synch with Musical life." The way Kyo said this was meant to give away his peoples idea that music was as much alive as the person who played it, and that a person who enjoyed life more would play better. Reaching up to his neck he took off the bead the cat-girl he called Kitten had given him he heard the light scratching of wood outside the door that marked his dragon's walking.

Azerath looked at Varnis with a slight mixture of amusement and interest in her eyes. He reminded her so much of Kyo when the two had first met. Turning to find the door in front of her she sat down to give him a quick idea of a dragon's life cycle. "Okay. A dragon egg is hard to keep the dragon safe, as hard as a dragons scale. When the dragon is born their altogether helpless until their wings dry out and then they begin to learn to fly. After the same thing that is occuring to your wyvern happens to a baby dragon they can breathe fire. Thats about as old as I am right now. I'm due for a growth spurt soon though," she remarked, a happy twinkle in her eyes. " After that a baby can either choose to become a special dragon like a dragon of light or darkness. As usual, light heals, and dark is all about powerful spells and such. Not to say light dragons are without their wiles, but back on track.... A dragon can also specialize in an element like lightning or fire or ice. Or they can just let their natural course go and then we get an all powerful rainbow dragon. Of course the babies aren't told of this until after their decision is made and it's irrevocable, otherwise we'd have a lot of rainbow dragons. The only reason I know is because my mother was the leader of our Gathering and I snuck peaks in to the Book of Roanoas, a supreme repository for all dragonic knowledge. I haven't decided what I'll be yet personally, but if you have an element about yourself then your wyvern here is more than likely to follow suit so he can augment your powers with his own." With that Azerath turned around and opened the door so that Varnis could see Kyo and Evelyn talking together. "Thats Kyo, the one who just lifted the bead from his neck. Go talk to him for the Dragon Moon herb, but remember elves have sensitive ears please. It's his pet peeve and I'd be the one to hear about it. I think the two of you will get along nicely."

((I choose to believe that wyverns are a less powerful, smaller race of dragons. think 'pygmy'. And kit's still not an easy learner.))

Kitten smiled as she came into the lunch room. "Smells good." she said as she strolled in. Taking a desirable seat with a good view of the room, kitten sat, and looked around for jazen.

((Well, there are dragons that have magical powers, and the females can transform into female humans. I have a Dragon book on dragons that I read, and I have some knowledge about Wryverns, but some stay the way they are since they have been born, or some "evolve".))

Varnis had listened to the dragon talk, then as they got to where the two where, he bowed to the dragon. "Thank you." He said as he walked off over to where the two where. "Excuse me. Kyo?" He said as he got up to him, being semi quiet.

((for the sake of completion, I learned in some myths that all dragons can take on humanoid forms, but wyverns can't.))

Jazen finished rebinding another book, and set it on the shelf. She packed up her case, and walked it to her room, then went to the cafeteria. connecting with kitten's mind, she saw the thought registered on her sister's mind.

I can't read common.

jazen's brow furrowed. but I thought I taught you reading... she responded.

Now it was kitten's turn to furrow her brows. "no you didn't..." she replied aloud, as jazen sat down next to her.

"And there's a boy here, his name's Theron, he can't either. could you teach us?" Jazen shrugged, and nodded. "Of course." she replied.

Xero watched as the different scents of students entered the room. It ranged from the air after a storm to the sweet scent of moon flower. He was waiting for the damp forest smell to enter but after a lot of the students entered he decided it was time to show everybody in the room on how to eat his father's recipe. Getting up he went to the line and spoke loud enough but with a blandness in his tone towards the people in the room, "For lunch we will be eating a recipe my father created. It is called hamburger. How to eat it is you start off with the bun, then you add the meat, then you choose what vegetables you want to garnish it with. Then there are three sauces to choose from. My father called this red one ketchup and it is made of mostly tomatoes. The next one is mustard which is made by mustard seeds. The last is relish, a a sweet sauce made with pickles." He said all that while showing an example as he placed everything on it from the onions to the green sauce known as relish. "For those who cannot eat meat we have garden salad and bread rolls." He finished his explanation and sat down with the example he made and started to consume it.

Akakage not one to worry about food went up and got a couple of burgers made with everything on it. He also had a bowl of salad and a few rolls of bread. I wonder how good this will taste. He took of his scarf revealing his face and took a bite. He was instantly enjoying the food as it was different from the usual meals from the cafeteria.

Hiro got up to try the new type of food and was happy that both the angels were sitting near him. He got to the line and got a bun and some meat. He got some lettuce and tomatoes, and got the green relish sauce and spread it all over the top piece of the bun. Green sauce will never fail me. He also added a bit of ketchup and stayed away from the yellow sauce. He went back to the table and said, "Luna, you and Serenity should eat now."

Xero caught the scent of the damp forest boy and got up from his seat to personally deal with him.

((Kyo you have to edit your post... No one can get food until everyone is in the cafeteria.))

((O.o, This isn't going the way that I wanted it too. It is going in a curve off of the way I was going to have him turn into. Also, where is Namen? Lol))

Varnis had listened to all of what he had said. "Taking the back, he looked back at him. "Thank you for the medicine." He said as he watched the Elf walk off, and grab some food. Walking off to the table that he and Namen where at last, he placed Raiden down on the table, and walked off to the food table, to get water, and food.

kitten and jazen walked up to the table, grabbing a bun each and looking at the toppings. "What's this..." kitten said, sniffing at the mustard. She quickly turned away, covered her mouth and nose and sneezed. jazen chuckled. "It's mustard." she said. Kitten proceeded to top her hamburger, as did Jazen. they sat down to eat.

Kit turned, waving at Kyo. "hello." she said happily.
