In a little house found by the governor in the runes of the old part of town is the setting or the many meetings of prates great and grand, seeking to make Provoka a better place.
The council members are as followed:
Captain L. Wickit
Captain J Kurisutofa
Doctor Morgan

Mr. Hydrogelic
Mr. Whiskers
Captain Ardrick

Enters the council house and picks a small room to be his kitchen. "Can't have a pirate's council without a feast."

*Enters the small brick building that has been recently appointed to be the meeting place of the High Council. He looks about and takes a seat in a high backed engraved oak chair that's located at the far end of the council table. Looking through his large pockets, he pulls out his charts and his magnetfying tool. Grabbing the charcoal from his inner pocket and his dagger from his boot, he uses the edge of the blade as a ruler.*
"Seeing as how the council has not yet been called to order, I shall chart my next expedition while I await the opening ceremony."
*Leaving his things at the table, he goes to the window pointing towards the sea. He rummages thru his pocket and brings his sextant into view. Adjusting the arms and mirrors of the brilliant tool, he determines the distance, latitude & longitude of the sail plan. Returning to is charts, he indulges himself in becoming quite glued to them and is soon lost in thought.*

~ "Bringing more swabs into the Guild" (newbs) because we already have too many unactive members.
~"What to do with the unactive members" because when pirates of the Caribbean 2 comes out into theaters or some kind of pirate related 'happening' occurs, people will suddenly remember, "Oh, yeah! I'm a pirate!" and come back to the guild. That's how it works.
~ "Making it more fun" It's already fun, when you have dedicated literate RP'ers who know when to goof around and when not to goof around. It's also nice and fun when no one is disobeying the unwritten law of NOT BEING AN a*****e. Otheer than that, the guilds great! ~(also see: What we need to do.")

Overall, what we DO need to do is to make this Guild different and more exciteing than all the rest. We need to come up with planned storylines, we need to provide things that no other place can give people. We need someone who'll put up a custom siggy shop in the guild,(looks at Zam). We need someone that know's their pirate history and proper nautical terms and ship rig & specifications( stare *Rocks back and forth, raises hand* talk2hand ). We need to build Provoka into the best official group thread there is. Savvy?"

we can make a pirate school. YES! for those newbies and dumb-rumps! We can have three classes:
History (teached by Kurisutofa and me)
battel, for those bad roleplays so they can learn how to fight (teached by Mea and ____)
and lingo, to learn 'ow ta talk more like a pirate (teached by _____ and _____)
just on the side...
