Krista giggled softly, her paws making soft pit patting noises as she ran after the blue blue before her. "Mikki! Come back!" She called, her eyes flashing as she ran faster, trying her best to keep up with the squirrlish creature. "Mikki!"
She had to stop, her breathing strained. "Mikki, where are we going?" Krista asked, her paws starting up again as she started walking along the corn feild to her left. "What...is this?"
"Duh, a corn feild maze!" Mikki squeeked from behind her. "I found it yesterday. It's still closed, but we can play in it. The humans barely pay us any mind." He laughed, then started into the enterence. "Come on, Krista! Other moombi were gathering here earlier. And you said you wanted to meet more Moombie, right?" He challenged her.
"Uh...R...Right." Krista murured, following her friend, wondering if this was really ok.

Kismet was just wandering along the fields by herself. Her eyes were focused on the ground as she took each step. Eventually she came to the corn field maze where previous another Moombi and its friend vanished into. Her eyes shifted to the view ahead of her.
"W-where am I?" she shook her head. After seeing nothing familiar that could tell her where she was she spoke again,"Oh well... guess I better find that out..."
She knew better to pay attention and not zone out when she was walking. A sigh escaped and she pressed forwards not knowing what adventures the maze would bring.

Krista sighed, looking around at the rather large corn stalks on either side of her. "Mikki? Is this really ok? I mean...Won't the humans be upset if we're playing here without their permission?" She paused, then glanced around. "Mikki?!" She called, looking around in alarm. He was GONE!!!!
Mikki snickered, having snuck off through the corn and back toward the enterence. It was take Krista hours to get out of that maze! What a laugh! He snickered again, then paused, looking as the new moombi that was walking through the maze. Oooo, fresh meat! "HI!" He cried, bounding out of the cornstalks at her. "Hi hi hi!" He laughed, smiling at her in a cheerful sort of way.

((Haha, Mikki's very energetic, isn't he? And I feel bad for Krista, talk about a sudden panic attack. xD))
Kismet stumbled slightly as the creature startled her. Her eyes were fixed on him immediately.
"...Hello?" Her voice was barely audible as she spoke.
Apparently she wasn't alone in this maze. Maybe the creature knew where the exit was, or if there was anyone else here. Well.. there had to be right? After all.. who knew what was in the maze.
"So... what's your name? ...More importantly what are you doing here?" she questioned as she began to walk around Mikki slowly, looking him up and down.
Never had she seen such a thing like him before but he was cute, like the equivalent of a stuffed animal for a human. She paused for a moment trying to think of what he could be, hoping to remember.
"Trebel..." she mumbled to herself. That's what he was. They were known to make trouble for the Moombi... and if he was friends with one.. perhaps that's why he was here. Where is the Moombi he's friends with? Or is he by himself? Would that mean that she'd get in trouble for being here too? ...Then again... she's never met one before, so going by rumors isn't the best idea. Shaking her head, she finished walking around Mikki and sat down in front of him awaiting his response.

Mikki smiled charmingly. "Mikki's my name." Mikki announced happily. He hopped over to the moombi. "I'm here with my friend. Her name is Krista. Wanna meet her?" He perked up, as if the idea was the best thing in the world.

Kismet nodded. "Sure..."
Of course she wasn't sure but Mikki seemed to be nice and truthful so she figured why not. A friend or two would be nice to have. She started to smile when she was more sure of her answer.
"Yeah, lead the way Mikki. And by the way, call me Kismet."

Mikki giggled, hopping a few feet infront of Kismet. "Welcome, Kismet!" He said happily. "Come this way, I'll lead you to her! I was going to get us a drink, but I'm sure Krista would rather meet you." He nodded, smiling before he hopped down a curve in the path, only poking his head back around the corner. "Hurry hurry!" He giggled.

"What a strange Trebel" she though to herself as she tried to catch up with Mikki. She skid into the curve and regained her balance, eventually caught up. She didn't have the best control when it came to stopping after she ran. Even if it were a jog she'd have a hard time. Then again she loved to run and never wanted to stop once she started. Sometimes back at her den she'd get in trouble because she'd knock things over and her caretaker would get angry if it was something expensive. But, she didn't really think about how she was always told "Walk... don't run". Hey, she was outside, that rule didn't apply here. The thought of meeting someone new crosses her mind again. She was so excited at the thought of a new friend.
"So Mikki, what are you and Krista doing here? Did you come here to explore or something?" she smiled.
Perhaps today wasn't a bad day after all- only time would tell.

Mikki laughed. "Oh, we're doing nothing really!" He smirked, his tail flicking behind him as he turned another corner. "I just thought she'd like to see the humans maze. And see if she could get herself out." He skidded to a stop, laughing. "Just like you!" He turned in the other direction, vanishing into the corn stalk wall, running very quickly.
Krista sighed, slowly wandering around another corner. "Man...Mikki, why did you have to do that... Daddies going to be so mad if I'm not home for dinner tonight..." She tilted her head, hearing movement near by. "Mikki?" She called excitedly, walking around another corner. "Mikki is that you?"

Kismet growled as she lost sight of Mikki. "Damn it..."
She looked around and realized she was lost. Turning around would be the best bet but... there was another Moombi here who was probably lost too. So why not help them out?
"Why did I..?" she shook her head and walked on further into the maze. Beginning to regret the choice she made of following the Trebel, she saw why everyone said they caused so much trouble- it was the truth.
"Hello...? Kirsta? Mikki?" she called the only two names she knew. She stopped when she heard someone else call Mikki's name. "That must be Mikki's friend..." In a matter of milliseconds she was off in the direction of the voice, hoping her hearing wasn't deceiving her.
She eventually saw the spotted Moombi looking for her friend and came to a skidding halt once again. "Are you Krista..?" Her breath as steady as she spoke, the sprint didn't wind her at all.

Krista gave off a soft eep, trying to backstep so quickly that she tripped over her own feet and fell flat on her back. "Who...who are you?" She asked softly, rolling over onto hr side to watch the other moombi closely. Her eyes darkened, and she fluffled her fur up, hoping she looked bigger and more dangerous. "You shouldn't sneak up on people, y-you know..."

Kismet's stare at Krista's attempt to intimidate her was emotionless. She walked up to Krista and smiled. "I apologize but I believe I ran into your friend. Mikki? He was leading me to meet you however he ran off... oh and I am Kismet."
She was hoping her smile would put Krista at ease and calm down. She wasn't there to hurt her but help her find an exit, and maybe gain a friend.

"Mikki?" Krista asked, getting to her paws. "Oh no, I'm sorry! He...I mean, I'm sorry he got you lost too..." She murmured, frowning. Why did Mikki always have to do this? And now, not only to her, but others as well? Why? "He...He doesn't mean bad. I promise..."

Kismet nodded her head slightly, "I know. He's probably just trying to have a good time. So there's no need to be sorry."
She didn't really mind being lost. She loved an adventure she just wish she had a small idea of where she was. At least she wasn't alone though.
"Hey.. how about we go look for your friend? I'm sure he's still around here." she smiled again reassuring that she wasn't upset by Mikki's actions.

Krista smilled, nodding. "Okay!" She laughed softly, smiling. "My names Krista. It's nice to meet you, Kismet." She smiled again, her short tails wagging slightly from joy.
"Do you...perhaps now which way we should...Um...go?" She asked, smiling again sheepishly. She was totally lost.
