I was cooking some ribs tonight and I thought to myself as I was putting on orange ginger-orange sauce- and oregano, I wonder what other sauces people put on ribs....
So this thread was born!
Come on people! List your favorite sauces on ribs!!!
Mine:
1: Honey Garlic (oven-roasted)
2: Habanero BBQ (Barbequed)
3: Orange Ginger sauce and orange sauce with a bit of oregano (Oven roasted)

When my grammy comes over, she slow-cooks them for a day in a crock pot with store-bought barbecue sauce. It's preeetty good, but one of these days I'd like to use a spice rub, then smoke them in a closed grill. I recently got one of those cast iron 'smoke boxes' and a bunch of pellets, and I've only been able to use it once. It was pretty good, but I'd like to try it with more things, and figure out how to use it best. Ribs sound like a nice place to start. 3nodding
