Hello to all JCC members! This is your president, Elba.
I would like to remind you all that next week, Friday October 12th, the $10 due and parent permission forms must be turned in. Its very important that I get these because it determines whether you can participate in our club as a whole (the forms) and when we have food and game prizes (that is what the dues are for).
The due's are only $10 and its for the ENTIRE year. This pays for the snacks and prizes like we had at our last meeting. Sometimes, it goes even further than that and we get chicken or something of the sort. This is all for YOU not one of my officers or myself use it for something greedy so please, pay the due.
The parent permission forms are for school records. In order to stay in a club or group after school, you've got to have this form on file. My secretary, Silveret(Janee, sorry if spelling is wrong O_O) and I keep a detailed record of those who have turned it in. If you haven't turned one in, we'll have to temporarily turn you down. If you have not received a parent permission form, stop by room 822 (that's Sensei's room) or find me and I'll give you one. Again, this is VERY important.
If you know someone in the JCC let them know whats going on. I need EVERYONE to help out on this. I need to get the word out in case we don't get an announcement for it. Remind those that do have their stuff, sometimes people do forget.
Edit:There has been a change in the dates for the dues. We will be taking all of the required items on the 12th however, due to the fact that not too many know, Friday Oct 26th is the absolutely LAST day one can be a member without turning in the forms and dues. Let everyone know of this change, no dues, no play.
