Well, i have some abs but they're not very defined.
i do all workouts at home, i have a ten pound weight and a 25 pound weight.
So anyone know some good excercises with these items to get some better looking abs???

> Hold the weight on your chest when doing situps To make it harder, hold behind your head (but don't rest you head on the weight - can hurt your neck) Will work your upper and middle abs
> Sit up with you bum and feet on the floor (knees bent). Hold the weight out, but close to your stomach. Lean back enough to feel tension in your abs. Twist your body and the weight from side to side. To make it harder, take your feet off the floor and balance only on your bum Will work your obliques - side abs - and with feet off the floor, your lower abs as well
> Go into your situp position and drop your knees to the floor (both on one side). Hold the weight on your chest and complete situps Will work your obliques
> Get into your situp position. Take your feet off the floor and balance on your bum. Hold the weight at your chest. Lean backwards with your upper body and balance your self by sticking your legs out straight. Without letting anything other then your bum touch the ground, pull your body and legs back up into the starting situp posistion. Will work your lower abs

Leg raises-When you lie down, it is preffered to put your hands underneath your bum (for balance) Then just lift your legs-these work on your lower abs.

if you want abs well six packs atleast it'll take around 3-4months but ive seen results within just a few of these workouts check this out- iwantsixpackabs

Abs are made in the kitchen. You can do 1000 crunches a day and never see abs if your diet's full of crap. You have to have very low body fat to see abdominal muscle definition.
