I was searching Wikipedia when I noticed some new names up on the Naruto character list. It was the names of Naruto's mom and dad.
This is his dad! And yes it is the 4th hokage!
Minato Namikaze (波風ミナト, Namikaze Minato?) was the Fourth Hokage (四代目火影, Yondaime Hokage?) of Konohagakure and the man responsible for sealing the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox inside his son Naruto Uzumaki when he was born. Doing so cost him his life, and before dying he asked that the villagers not see Naruto as the monster within him, instead wanting him to be viewed as a hero, a request ignored by the villagers. "Namikaze" translates literally as "Wind and waves" or "Discord". "Minato" translates as "Harbor" or "Port".

Kushina Uzumaki (うずまきクシナ, Uzumaki Kushina?) is a ninja of the former Land of the Whirlpool. "Kushina" translates literally as "nine goods". She had a son, Naruto Uzumaki, with the Hokage of the time, Minato Namikaze. She is noted to have had a brash, tomboyish demeanor at a young age, noticeably red hair, and as time passed, blossomed into a very beautiful woman. Despite Naruto's close resemblance to his father, much of his personality and choice of ninjutsu are similar to that of his mother's. She is presumed to be dead, as she is described in past tense.
