Basically, I'm going to be keeping this log so that I can see how much I
exercise do everyday, my calorie intake, etc etc. I'll use it so... actually, I
think I pretty much explained my reasons in the first sentence.

Exercise Log
I'll be using this to keep a log of how much and/or how long I exercise each day.
Journal
I'll use this to write down any thoughts, concerns, or questions I have about my health, exercise, etc.

Ugh... I didn't eat breakfast this morning (which is actually quite common, as I do wake up before 7 and can't eat that early in the day), and I didn't eat lunch at school either (it was either pizza, something from the vending machine, crappy salads/wraps, or cafeteria food), all I drank was a small bottle of Gatorade. I walked for ten minutes (like I usually do) from school to home, which isn't anything but it'll have to do. I have way too much homework... oh, when I got home, I ate a skinless grilled chicken breast (which internet tells me to be around 120 calories), but I also drank some hot chocolate (I am regretting that) and failed myself by drinking a bottle of Bawls. I really need to fix my diet... I also have to do my homework.
