((Ok, all riders will post here. NPCs will be stealing the eggs during this time, unless someone wants to rp it out? If you do, PM me, k? Also, I'll let you know when the regular riders are to post. For now, only Rebels will be posted here please.))

Keli smirked. It was time. She had her dragon announce it to the whole weyr. They needed to get into their positions. Then once she was sure everyone knew, she set about putting the riding straps on her Gold, occationally looking at Re'yil, who was watching her as she worked. Pathetic man, really, but so useful to her. Once the straps were on, she was up and they were winging from their weyr to land at the tops of the cliffs, where they were to gather.

She sat proudly atop her dragon, her golden hide blazing in the morning sun, Re'yil and his Bronze beside them. The ranks of dragonriders here were listening attentively, waiting. "You all know what we are to do!" Keli said, her voice amplified enough so that everyone could hear. Attack their precious hold, and the riders will come running to save them. But one of you must get me to Lord Holder. That will be the only way to get Fiacha and Amarith away from that clutch." she explained.

When she was sure all of them understood, she gave the single to rise. All knew their destination, and all were ready to execute her plan.

I don't like this. It is wrong to steal eggs from a queen, even if they are not her own. Lamreth protested to her rider. Audra nodded.

I am uneasy about this myself. she told the green. It was the truth too. She had been apprehenisive the last few days. She had followed Keli unquestioningly these last few turns, but she was beginning to wonder if this was right.

Then why do you do this? Lamreth asked.

Because it is too late to back out now. Audra replied, taking a deep breath. Let's go.

Misae flinched. Oh, this wasn't good at all. Sari hadn't come back yet, which was a clear sign she got caught. Oh well. Not a single stream of emotion from the flitt had told her of fear or pain, so she must still be safe for the moment. But Keli had given the signal, and she was to follow.

To our Deaths, I cry! She sends us to our Deaths, Misaemine! Saryieth creeled.

I know love. Either Amarith will tear us apart today, or tomorrow, or the day after that...no matter what, she will have her revenge. Nothing will take her away from her eggs. That Gold is our funeral, love. the Rider murmured. And my Aena will never be able to Impress in the magnificent Gold's Clutch. If we take it away, none of the future Candidates will.

But steal them we must! Or Aena will not be able to Impress any dragon because she will be dead! the Green spat, emphasizing the last four words.

S'vith stood upon a forlorn ledge, looking down upon Shining Weyr with a devious smirk upon his face. He had recieved clear instructions on what was about to happen. They were to steal the eggs away from gold Amarith and from Fiacha only to give their Weyrlings a chance at Impressing their own dragonet and reviving their number of riders.

Weaving his right hand through his dark, sienna brown hair, messy and spiked in an atrocious array, he manuvered his hand down towards the back of his neck then back underneath his chin as he studied the Weyr.

"There isn't one person who'll return without a scratch," he commented as his eyes scanned across the grounds of Shining, searching for any location where their guard was let off only to leave an opportunity for an easy escape. "Shards, this will be a bit of adventure eh?"

Indeed. Beware, snatching eggs from a gold will be more than we'll bargin for. Anyone of us can easily be killed.

Turning around to lay his eyes upon the shadow, he smiled. "That's the risk we'll have to take then." With a swift glance back upon Shining Heights, a twisted smile crept upon his lips. Plans were formulating to their final stages, the fine details and decisions were being calcualted and arranged just now. In time, he would reap his long waited revenge upon Shining.

Audra looked over to where S'vith was. Lamreth, please tell Azeroth to tell S'vith to be careful. This is a delicate operation.

Of course mine.

Audra didn't know what to think of S'vith. He was very handsome in her opinion, but so stuck up and cold. He took un-necessary risks, and was continually scheming. Most of the time she couldn't stand him, but he was a good dragonrider.

The shadow had been glancing down occassionally towards the Weyr, a bit mischievious within his thoughts while his eyes skulked around the grounds and treaded paths that encircled the fortress. As the soft bespoken words of Lamreth echoed through his mind he gave a bit of a sheepish grin.

Lamreth tells me that her rider warns you to be careful, S'vith. There is no room for errors.

S'vith's head perked up as he casted his sight towards the greenrider with a sly smile. He chose to be forlorn and walked lone upon a shunned path yet the young woman had always stood out to him, though he rarely associated with anyone, he had countlessly noticed her.

"I'm aware of the risks and I'll gladly take them. You know as well as I do that we need our weyrlings to Impress rather than those Shining Heights Weyrbrats. We need to keep our numbers steady and strong." He commented as he swept his bangs far from his face only to let his vision become clear and in full view without hindrance. "Don't you agree that our Weyrlings deserve a chance at the sands?"

I have passed on the message. Lamreth informed her rider.

Thank you. Audra said. She looked over to the shadow and his rider and saw S'vith smile. She had noticed that he tended to notice her alot, but was unsure about how she felt about it. She sighed, all that was left to do was to wait for the signal. The Weyrleaders had gone to Shining Heights hold, and Audra had been assigned to watch for Amarith and Fiacha leaving. Hopefully all was going well at the hold.

Yes, but ready yourself mine for when the signal is given we must go.

S'vith rolled his eyes and sighed. He'd been told numerous times of how important the task at hand was but the constant reminder was begining to agitate him. For now, they could only wait until the opportune moment arrived and then they would commence their secret operation.

I know.

Slowly the waiting was tearing him apart. He could barely wait any longer or continue to stand in silence.

"What would you do if you came face to face with a Shining Heights dragonrider Audra?" He remarked as he drew out a slick blade from his pocket, unsheathing the dagger from its captive hold. "Would you flee or fight?"

She looked at S'vith. "I would fight. Fleeing is for cowards, though I would try not to kill. We are already breaking too many of the dragonrider codes. What would you do?" she asked.

Sliding his index finger upon the blades center, he drew his gaze towards her. The small flicker of cold hatred for the Weyrfolk kindling within his earthy toned eyes.

"I'd fight but I know that I'll end up shedding the blood of a rider." Drifting his vision towards the ground, the shadowrider stood silent for a few moments until he softly spoke. "It's revenge I want and it's rage and the burden of anger that drives me to kill. No matter what I do, I can never satisfy the desire."

Slipping the dagger back into its elegant sheathe, S'vith slowly looked back towards the greenrider. "It's a curse."

What do you think of all this? Lamreth asked Azeroth.

"What happened to bring these feelings upon you?" Audra asked cautiously. She herself didn't hold much hatred towards anyone.

Folding his arms, S'vith quietly pondered. Why was he digging deep into his emotions? His personality that he was displaying was quite unrecongnizable. Still, there was something that made him trust the greenrider, though he still withheld his share of doubts from time to time. Perhaps just this once he could not hide the answer from her, this one time. Then he wouldn't have to explain to everyone. He was a "lone dragonrider" and neither rider nor dragon needed comforting from the woes and wounds the world had gashed unceasingly at. Unknowingly, the title was slowly crumbling beneath his feet, never to return again, but it would be turns before he could even realize it.

"Turns of torment." He simply replied, witholding the more secret information that one would desire and only offering something smaller in hopes to satisfy for what answer she sought for.

S'vith past was dark and forlon, living everyday in fear of one man who could determin whether or not he was to live another day or perhaps die from the powerful blows of his fists. His father had been extreamly abusive and everyday he'd pray that perhaps the man wouldn't come home. Gauges and scars reside upon his back and hips yet he's always put an effort to keep them hidden along with his past.

How did he manage to finally escape from his home and be able to stand at the sands? By means of one simple task. He killed his father. In this world, there lies competition within every aspect of life and his abusive father was a mere hindrance that became a jepardoy of hazard. It was either to kill the man or be killed. Yet the years of abuse and riled emotions tolled in S'vith's personality and soul. It was the emotions that had developed a "lone dragonrider" personality and forged his mind to become secluded and devious with schemes of revenge.

In truth, it was his abusive fathers' actions that, in the long run, had destroyed his chances and true personality from ever developing but if time would permit for a new soul to strive and form within, S'vith would be a whole new dragonrider if one could only look deep within the shell.

Azeroth inclined his head towards the green, his eyes whirling in a mesh of blues and greens and sparse flecks of yellow. It is madness as she sentences many riders to death by the unmerciful claws and gnashing teeth of a gold. Yet it's best if our candidates impress than the Weyrbrats. Their future is certain while we have to forge ours with blood, sweat and tears.

Suddenly with the final plans and announcement made by Keli, the signal was given. The shadows' eyes whirled with churning array of colors though shrouded by faint yellows and orange.

It's time, S'vith. We go!

The shadowrider wasted no time in slowly making his way, he sprinted a few steps and lunged while his hands took hold of the dragons' second neck ridge. With great precision, he swung his body into a steady mount and strapped on his riders helmet and latched up his jacket.

Glancing towards Audra and Lamreth, he tipped up his riders helmet but uttered no words at all.

Azeroth unfurled his wings and crouched low to the ground as the raw energy bounded within his powerful legs. As the tension built up and sustain a good level, the shadow leapt fiercely into the air as his enormous wings thrashed widly to sustain a good altitude.

Barely within less of a dragonlenght of Shining Weyr, the shadow dove down towards the ground, breeching up into the air while his craftl claws destroyed and ripped through various objects and possesions within the outsides of the Weyr. The shadow rumbled softly as his eyes scanned their surroundings.

Shining seemed desolate as no riders had stirred yet nor Weyrfolk yet this was no problem for the Rebels at all. Let them take as much time is needed to awaken to the chaos at hand as sweet revenge was taking the Weyr by surprise.

Lerching upwards, Azeroth soared wildly around the Weyr, searching out riders that might be attempting to be hiding or in ambush. Still, the shadowrider had nothing to fear and his mind was only drawn upon the task of making sure the eggs are carried away from gold Amirith and Shining Heights is left without a clutch on the sands.

Alokith gives the signal. Lamreth informed Audra. Audra ran to her dragon and quickly mounted.

Let us hope that we walk away from this alive. Audra said, refering to the 'special' assignment they had been given in case Fiacha and Amarith do not run to aid the Lord Holder.

Lamreth took off towards the Weyr. Once near enough, Lamreth dove, checking out the surroundings and then rised back above the Weyr, keeping an eye out for the gold to rise out of the Hatching Grounds.

Al set in the shadow casted by the cliffs. She had listened to the conversation the shadowrider and greenrider had had. She smiled slitly, no one knew that she was a HAD. She wondered slightly if she would impress, they were talking about how they needed their candidates to impress. ]What would Keli do to me if I doesn't Impress? Will they cast me out? Would I have to go back to the Silverfangs? Will they accept me? Al ran her figers through her short hair, still not used to it. SHe closed her eyes, waiting until something happened.
