Story

The werewolves and vampire have always fought with one another as a never ending war. The humans have always been victims of their constant fighting, always caught between the crossfire of their meaningless war.
A large village stood as one of their many battle grounds, a village that wouldn't stand for very long. A great battle broke out in the village between the werewolves and vampires and soon the village was destroyed by their reckless fighting. The humans that survived decided enough was enough and took up arms against the hell spawn creatures. But they were far too weak to stop them all. So a plan was made, they would lure the leaders of the vampires and werewolves to one spot and just before they began to fight they would ambush them with a special potion meant to petrify any who touch it.
The leaders came and just before the fighting a hooded man jumped out and stabbed them both and used all his strength to keep them from moving. A bottle flew threw the air holding the petrifying liquid. It hit them with the sound of shattering glass and only moments later the beasts and the human were all stone statues.
The creatures with out their leaders went into discord and left the humans alone. With in a few years the village was rebuilt, the statue in the center of the village was now a monument. They had grown wiser now and trained people to be slayers shall the beasts ever return.
And return they did, angry and lustful for vengeance, they returned. New found leaders and angry solders under them they returned to kill the humans, but they could not let go of their old feuds with each other and started up another war, this time the humans were more then just victims but participants of the war.

Bio: He survived the destruction of his village by hiding with his father when he was a kid. As he hid, his father and his brother were both out fighting the monsters that roamed, he had lost them both. When the village was recreated he wanted to be trained to fight to help protect the village when time had come again to fight the beast. He was given the proper equipment and training and is now a fierce slayer, or so he thinks. He is still yet to go against one of the creature but he has shown great talent for killing them

Bio: She's not interested in this so called 'war' between her kind and the vampires. A cold, silent girl who keeps herself TO herself, Church does not give off a good first impression to people. She will shift forms whenever she feels necessary or provoked, which is rather often nowadays. Her parents abandoned her when she was about 3 and this forever left Church the impression that love was a dangerous thing that harmed whomever it came into contact with. Probably the reason why she clammed up inside that shell of hers. (Good luck to anyone who tries to befriend her)
Weapons: her fangs and claws, a long metal pole strapped to her back (it may not look like much but trust me, it can be dangerous)

Kiro wondered the thin forest that was just outside the village on patrol for any dangers in the area. His swords hung loosely on his brown leather belt, the sides of the blades gently brushing against the legging of his think brown pants. His Brown hair blew in the wind freely along with his white cloak he wore. He let out a sigh of boredom, he had been walking around in the forest for almost an hour now and the most exciting thing he's seen in a deer. He was anxious to fight a werewolf or vampire, to test all his training he's done. Though at the same time he was fearful he would meet one, they had taken his father and his brother who seemed far stronger then him. He shook the grim thought out of his head and took a look around. The brisk wind blew in the fresh sent of trees and wild flowers making the air smell sweet. The grass was think that right after his foot came off of it the blades of grass would rise right back up like nothing had happened. he stopped under a tree and took a seat taking the blades of his belt and placing them next to him "man with all the sighting I’ve been hearing of I’m surprised i haven't run into any yet." he complained to himself "all that training for nothing it seems" he closed his eyes to take a quick break but knew better then to actually fall asleep. It was almost sunset and the light created by the sun was starting to turn orange, night fall would soon be upon them.

Rose slowly, well rose, from where she had been sleeping during the day, sunset ment her clan would soon be going after the humans and she hated that, she hated the war, period. She began gathering her supplies to tend the wounded. Her older sister had scolded her for not fighting, that was until she herself fell victim to the idiocricy that was combat.

Kiro opened his eye seeing the orange sky. He picked himself up and held both of his blades in his left hand. With the sun setting it wasn't safe to be outside the village for to long. He started his way back but only a few steps alter did he realize he had go in to deep into the forest. He was lost now. He cursed in a low tone for making such a stupid mistake. He grabbed one his blades out of his left hand and now held them in a semi-ready position, he knew the possible dangers out here and knew better then to go unprepared.

Rose shifted uneasily, she knew some of her kin including herself had the power to be out as the sunset. She sniffed the air then squeaked quietly. She rummaged around and found herself a hooded cloak and put it on pulling the hood to that her eyes were barely seen. She walked quickly and quietly through to wood sniffing the air seeking out the human to warn him. she found him and stood far enough so s not to be easily seen.

Kiro grew more and more uneasy as the sun set more and more. He squeezed the blade handles tightly as his eyes made constant darts around him; he was starting to get paranoid of his surroundings. He slashed the truck of a tree to be used as a marker; last thing he wants is going in circles in a forest of dark creatures. He continued walking and began noticing a figure in the distance, at first he thought it was a small strange looking tree but as he got closer it began to take form of a person. He was hoping his eyes were playing a trick on him.

Rose bit her lip as the sunwalker came ever closer, close enough that even her soft voice would be heard if she spoke. "The sunwalker should get back to his village the nightstalkers are beging to stir." She looked at the ground hoping he would run back to his village before it was too late.

Kiro stopped in his tracks for a few moments repeating what she had said to himself trying to understand what it meant. He cautiously stepped closer to girl, his blades resting at his sides. "The nightstalkers?" he repeated again. it was then that he knew what she meant, but why would she warn him and not run as well "where are they?" he asked calmly hoping it would help some "and if you know of them why are you still here then?"

Rose shook her head "The sun walker needs to get back to his village. This one dosen't know where the others are all this one knows is that the sunwalker needs to get home where it's safe" she picked her head up the hood falling away. Her eyes looked into his almost pleadingly.

Kiro looked a bit confused by her warning. "I don't even know where i am any more, i usually don't come this far out." He looked into her eyes and saw her look. She really didn't want him to be here. He raised his blades to his chest level and slowly turned his head to look around hoping to see something of a warning. "Why are you still here as well then?" he asked hoping to get an answer instead of another riddle

She sighed "This one will lead the sunwalker back to the village then, before it's too late for the pretty sunwalker" she bit her lip she had not meant to say that, she always watched the villagers in the woods, but he was of particular interest to her for some time now. "Follow this one please" she said as she turned towards the village the scent of the other humans guiding her.
