Boss Sir if I may... Jeron should not be allowed to go on this new mission of yours. His shoulder needs to rest and heal. If there's one thing I dislike it's having to treat a wound I already treated.... as for the girl Em, she shouldn't be allowed either. I haven't been able to see her... she won't answer her door..., but from what I've been told her injury is just as if not more severe than Jeron's and I don't see how you could let her go on that last mission with an injury of that nature. But what's done is done and there's no changing that.
I'll let you decided the final verdict, but it is my professional opinion to not allow those two on any missions until their healed up.
Come on, last thing you need is for either of them to injure themselves further and lose their effectiveness, or worse, the injury causes them to lose their life on a mission.

"I ordered Em to see you. You have the right to break down her door if you must. But no I will heed your advise and pull Em form the mission but if Jeron feels up to it then he may do as he wishes."
