First of all, as the title says, this one will be One on One, Aylin and me.
As much as I'd love a bigger RP for the start, with just us two active that'd be kind of a waste, no?

Players: Aylin Lily, Tamati

Now, before I start on the story....
This roleplay is assuming that there is more than one world, thus following a mix of Tsubasa: Reservor Chronicles and Kingdom Hearts.

- - -

Their world was called "Omni" by it's inhabitants, who are, so the story of the world goes, all created directly by the world itself.
Refering to their world as a star the people living there soon said that each and everyone of them was made of stardust which would mostly show in their pale skin and bright golden eyes.
Never would two people be created at the same place within a short time, without this being a sign of bad luck and downfall for those witnessing it.
But just this happened with Aylin Lily(In this time-line as the male Ayden) and Tamati.
The World Omni could only create one being at a certain place once a week, however Aylin Lily and Tamati appeared in the same area with just 42minutes difference.
As long as their eyes were still closed their pale skin did not make their appearance differ from that of the other people, but soon their eyes which weren't even close to the regular gold gave away their "birth defect" and their creation being a sign for a dark area for the world.
It took merely an hour until the children were found and sent away from their homeworld, being cursed by Omni's inhabitants.

The world the twins ended up at was more developed than Omni considering technology, however there was no sort of magic to be found there, except for few people who were believed to be "psychics".
The kids were found by a young caring couple that took it upon them to raise them as their own.
Ayden and Tamati grew up without any clue of their origin, especially since the people of the world they were in now had no knowledge of the existence of other worlds. The slight powers they had gained on Omni were still within them but not as obvious and not recognised as "magic" or anything of the likes by the twins.
It wasn't until they were twelve years old that the children would leave that world again.
This leave happened to be as unexpected as it was unwanted by the twins.
There had been strong storms throughout the years, often causing floods of mud and dirt rolling off the mountain range at which foot they lived.
After a light earthquake the family fled from their home in fear of being literally washed away, however the floods came faster than expected, pushing the children and their parents away.
It was then that Ayden and Tamati managed to reach for each others hands seconds before the wave would hit them and their powers, combined with the remainders of the curse from Omni forced them into another world... without the couple that had taken care of them for all those years.

As they gain conscience the twins find themselves in the middle of a battlefield.....

- - -

(Naturally, the world they're ending up in is a Steampunk one :3)
Aylin will soon be posting the Templates

Templetes:

As Ayden/Aylin and Tama share the same past (Which this role play is explaining) That part can be vetoed along with name and age.

Personailty: What the Twin's personalities are like. Their good and bad points. Strengths and weaknesses.
Appearance: Because they sure aren't identical . >D
Gifts: What can the two little kids do.

WIP:

Personality:
Ayden's a very kind little boy who always uses "please" and "thank you."
Respectful of others he dislikes upsetting others.
He is also very protective of his younger twin brother but as an albino child he can't always protect Tamati which makes the boy very angry, he believes that as the oldest he should take care of Tamati not other way round.
Ayden although a sickly child doesn't let his albinism and sickliness hold him back. Thus making him stubborn and less likely to give up on something even if it hurts him.
He also seems to have a strong dislike of strangers. preferring to stay with people he likes rather then try to get to know somebody new. Saying that they couldn't possibly understand his and Tamati's little "world"
Ayden's strength lies in his intelligence. For a twelve year old he is very adept to understanding maths and science problems. Which he always uses to get the twins out of any trouble the two might find themselves in.
With considering Tamati's overly trusting personality happens alot.

Appearance:
Ayden is paler then most inhabitants of Omni being an Albino. His skin is near white along with his hair. The only colour being his startling blue eyes.
As opposite of his brother Ayden is quite shirt for his age. He is at least one head shorter then most girls his age never mind boys his age.
His hair is the same length of Tamati's but in white. Also like his brother he is quite clumsy and shares the same taste in simple outfits in colours that suit his pale form. It also appears that young Ayden is showing fondness for cross-dressing. He also wears small sliver rimmed glasses to help his eyesight.

Gifts: Aura Sensing
Ayden does not see people in normal colour but as the colour their aura is.
This is mostly as way for him to "see" more properly as the young boy like all albinos does not have very good eyesight, Ayden doesn't think of it as gift and rarely mentions seeing people in different colours. Thinking only as a side effect of his lack of pigment.

<3 Thanks Mari

- - -

Personailty:
Being the younger twin Tamati always likes to claim that he has the right to be more immature and a little bit more rash, but he never really tries to hurt anyone on purpose.
He can very dedicated in his tasks when he is interested in them, for otherwise he's likely to fall asleep or drop them halfway through.
The boy is also very naive towards strangers. He easily trusts anyone offering him help or goodies and wouldn't even think twice before going along with a stranger.
He doesn't lack physical strength so much as he's a rather energetic child, but sadly he isn't really as clever as his twin, which tends to show in him sometimes making non-thoughtout remarks.
Tamati knows that Ayden would like to take up the role of the protecter and the responsible one of them two and appreaciates that most of the time.
The child doesn't put too much emphasis on formalities like greeting people or thanking them. The only time he'd bother with such things would be to apologize when he felt someone is hurt because of him.

Appearance:
Tamati's a tall kid, usually standing at least one head taller than other boys his age.
His skin is very pale, likely due to being born on Omni, and his eyes are red, but he is not an albino child like Ayden.
The boys hair is pitch-black and kept just short enough to he wouldnt be able to put it into a ponytail.
Though he usually prefers simple clothes, just a shirt and some pants, he also loves to dress up, which his "parents" did not always like seeing, considering he'd use their clothes for it as well.
Since he's a little clumsy, Tamati tends to fall down now and then, causing bruises and cuts. Thus he's rarely seen completly without any black and blue marks and such.

Gifts: Empathy.
Tamati can sense changes in people's emotions, but will sometimes confuse them for one another.
He does not know that this would be anything out of the ordinary and simply assumes everyone has a good feeling for that.

OoC: I'll just start, aye? :3"

- - - - -

His body felt cold all around as the massive pressure of the wave pushed against it, the only warm spot being his brothers hand he held on to with all his strength.
It was a feeling as if he was suffocating and being crushed at the very same time.
He tried his best to keep his eyes and mouth shut, holding his breath just hoping that everything would be over quickly.

He lost consciousness...

- - -

Tamati could still feel the coldness when he was starting to wake up, however his brothers touch was gone. His heart raced as the thoughts rushed through his head.
Inside the boy paniced immediatly -- How could he've let go of Ayden? Was he alright? And their parents? -- and he wanted to get up, see where he'd ended up at, but his body was hurt and he was scared of even opening his eyes.
What would he see upon opening them? He tried his best to not imagine the sort of destruction that could've been caused by the wave of dirt, mud and rocks that crashed onto them, but the pictures kept making their way into his mind.
His whole body seemed to tremble with terror. Fear, pain, panic, despair... and also anger.

He couldn't help but wonder: Maybe he'd.... died....? It would have been a wonder if he had survived the wave.
But if he'd died... well, wherever he was it seemed too cold for any lovely, cozy heaven as he'd have imagined it...
"So that must mean I'm in he--" - the boys thoughts were quickly interrupted but the loud sounds of arms around him.
He hadn't taken notice of it, but now, the more life crept back into his body, the more he grew concious of his surroundings.
There were voices of people, shouting and crying, joined by the sounds of battle and Tamati whinced in pain upon being hit by a wave of feelings as he realised that what he'd sensed upon waking up weren't just his own emotions, but also those of the people around him.

Slowly, still shaking with fear, the boy raised his head, hesitating before opening his eyes.
"Ayden.....where are you?", he whispered softly, not nearly loud enough to be heard among all the noise.
Nervously he tried pushing himself up, but his arms didn't quite react, and when they did it felt as if every bone in them had been broken, but the boy bit his lip, trying to hold back tears as he slowly sat up and looked around.

The sky way grey, much to fit the sad scenery the boy could view before him. The air was thick and tasted of blood as gunshots echoed in the distance.
As he looked around he realised that the battle he was hearing and partly even feeling was happening a bit in the distance, much more far away than he would've assumed from the loud noise.
Where he was, though, there was no fighting anymore... there were mostly wounded people around him, some most likely dead as well.
However, he failed to see his brother between the bodies, but he was not sure if that was a good sign or a bad one just yet.

The waves crashed against the white child's body, trying to make him let go of the only warmth he knew, But Ayden refused to let the golden boy's hand go. He was older he had to keep hold. Even if the sickly child died he would do anything to protect his younger healthier twin.

The waves where about crash when it all went black.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ayden's blue eyes flickered open. waiting for the colours to come, no hoping the colours came.
He noticed that both the warmth and the golden light of his brother where gone.
Ayden did a rare thing for his usually mild mannered self and used a cruse word he heard his father say.
"Tamati, Tamati! Where are you!" He screamed as the colours rushed by along with bullets and steam.
Red, black, Grey, green, purple and his own white. Ayden shuddered at the blacks, knowing that they had passed on to the next life.
If Tamati was with those black it would be all Ayden's fault.
Suddenly a grey appeared wearing a smart uniform that was unlike the ones of his home, just how far did the water take him.
"Are you a ghost?" The man inquired. obviously confused at the boy's pale look. Ayden was used to those questions and didn't have time to answer.
"Buzz off I'm looking for my brother, Tamati, Tamati!" Ayden screamed again scrambling to get up and look.
A bullet whizzed pass and the grey man grabbed Ayden pulling him down, the bullet missing them both by an inch.
"Let me go, Let me go." the white haired boy cried.
"My twin needs me now let me go."
The grey man looked at the boy with an unkind face.
"Look here kid, ghost or not this is no place for a mere child." He began moving, Ayden now kicking and screaming in hand.
"Your twin and you shouldn't even be in a battlefield, He may even be dead."
"Nonono." Ayden cried. He hated the grey man for saying that.
The grey man began to run for the airship nearby, big, brown and frightening to the boy.
He only had thought before the heat of the sun wore the small boy down.
Please don't be dead...Tamati.
PostPosted: Mon Oct 15, 2007 9:51 am
He rubbed his eyes a little, hoping that would help him see farther through all the smoke, but it was no good.
The boy sighed deeply, looking off into the distance as he got lost in his thoughts again.
Not a single place near their home looked anything like this, as far the boy could remember anyway.
There were no remains of the dirt around either, so just how long had he been unconscious?
There were movements closeby, two figures moving in the dust as Tamati turned to face them.
Mumbling to each other they turned over some of the bodies, as if to check if they knew them, but then searching their clothes for anything even near valuable.
Motivated by his curiosity he started crawling towards them, watching every of their moves.
Upon noticing him the two men exchanged looks before staring at the boy for a second.
"Wow, how pathetic do you have to be to send kids on the battlefield?", Tamati could hear one of them saying, an obvious tone of pityness in their voice.
"H-have you seen my bro-brother?". the boy muttered, trying to stand up to get closer to them, shivering with every word.
They exchanged looks again, shrugging before the other of the spoke, leaning down to help Tamati up.
"Look.... I don't want to lie to you but.... you're lucky to have survived this far. Do not expect to find your brother, he's most likely dead by now if he was here."
Tamati shook his head quickly. His legs hurt from holding his own weight but he tried not to let it show as he whinced.
"He can't be dead..... we've always been together! ....He can't be gone without me!"
The man holding him up sighed deeply and shook his head.
"You can come along with us. We're leaving here soon.... maybe you'll find your brother on the way..."
The inside oft he airship was just as depressing as the outside was scary.
people where wounded and lay around the decks while nurses of varying pinks and teals tended to them.
some people who's aura where navy talked tactics.
Of course many where also talking about Ayden himself.
"What if he's on their side?" "What a ghost like child he is?"
"Perhaps he is an angel sent to judge those scum on the other side."
"George mind your tongue in-front of a young one." A soft pink coloured woman answered the latest sentence about the child. she smiled towards Ayden.
The grey one was explaining to the captain of the airship of what had happened.
Meanwhile Ayden had to endure this pink woman babysitting him.
"You sure your not hurt, that is quite the nasty burn you have on your arm."
She asked him, smiling that sickly sweet smile. Her hair was tied in a bun but it came out at some points. Her dress was large compared to the dresses his other wore in the summertime. Usually watching and smiling as he and ..his brother played. It was puffy and looked more like what the people wore in the olden days his teacher taught in history. a shawl was wrapped around her arms.
"I'm fine, I just stayed in the sun for too long. Mother says it apart of my sickliness. I can't stay in the sun because my skin lacks pigy-ment" the Twelve year old tried to say. when it came to strangers that all he would mention about his Albinism.
The pink woman's face hardened .
"I see, does your..mother know that your out in a battlefield."
"I told you no. Me and my brother washed up here after our home got flooded." Ayden cried out angrily. Nobody believed him when he said it.
The woman's face softened again. The poor little ghost of a child looked so sad to her. perhaps his story is true that somewhere a woman is crying out for her babies that where washed away by the cruel seas.
After all it wasn't odd for families to live in airships. her father after all was the captain.
"I believe you young one."
Ayden smiled,
"About time somebody did. Ayden doesn't like not being believed."
The man who had helped him up slowly moved his fingers through Tamati's hair, probably in an attempt to comfort him and in response the boy smiled weakly, obviously still worried.
He took this chance to look at the man a little longer.
He seemed more thin than the other one he had appeared with. Slender and almost femine. Maybe that was why he seemed more kind and had a softer tone in his voice. This was also matched by his warm brown hair and green eyes.
They were both wearing the same sort of dark uniform, both a little ragged and dirty with dust and blood.
They surely looked old fashioned compared to the sort of uniforms he'd ever seen on people near his home... maybe he'd been washed across the border to some less developed country?
Sighing as he thought about how Ayden would've surely known which country this was if he was there with him, he tried taking a few steps forward.
His bones were still aching, so he could barely walk a metre before breaking down onto his knees again
.
The taller, bigger built man saw this and roughly grabbed the boys arm and pulled him along as he started heading off.
"Don't be so harsh! Can't you see the boy's in pain?!", the slender one protested, trying to stop the big one by taking Tamati's other arm, pulling on it as well, probably not considering that that was no help whatsoever.
"You realise this is war and not your silly community service!? The kid can be glad he survived, he's on a battlefield, we have no children in our troups so he must be one of them! There's no need to even be nice to him!"
"But...", Tamati could notice that the thin man felt sympathy for him, but was naturally worried and a little scared. "...you're right... let's just get him back to the ship...", he sighed deeply and didn't look at Tamati again as they continued walking.
The boy often struggled to keep up with their fast steps but somehow managed not to fall as he kept looking around for his brother.
The woman smiled at Ayden again.
"Ayden huh? My name is Isabelle." she replied to his little small moment of happiness.
Ayden looked at the pink woman again. he still disliked that smile.
The white boy closed his eyes. Looking more ghostly as the blue vanished leaving only more white.
Isabelle taught the young boy was an angel.
From when he settled down he was strangely polite yet didn't seem to want company.
The young woman smiled. if they couldn't find his parents she would be a kind big sister to him and find him some suitable clothes.
His family must be poor if all they could afford where simple Trowsers, what could be described as vest with short sleeves and some white odd looking shoes.
The airships doors opened and Isabelle smiled again.
Two familiar faces where back and they two had a small child with them.
PostPosted: Mon Oct 15, 2007 11:54 am
Tamati stared amazed as they stood before the airship the two men had led him to.
There clothes might've been oldfashioned, but this airship was one miracle to the boy.
He struggled a little and freed himself from the two mens holds, actually walking a little by himself, forgetting all about his aching bones.
"AMAZING!!", Tamati exclaimed in awe as he rushed towards it. "This is SO GREAT!"
The big man sighed as he watched the energetic child. "Your baby sure recovers fast, Loreto...", he spoke, his voice still dark and a little mean, but he obviously was relieved about having reached the airship.
The slender man, appearantly named Loreto, rolled his eyes a little but smiled again as he walked towards Tamati, taking the boys hand as he leaned close.
"Sorry about him being so harsh.", he spoke softly as he led the boy inside. "Gabriel's been to the battlefields to long for his own good... he lost many loved once, that made him be so cold."
Tamati nodded, he could hear sadness from Loreto's words and again wondered if Ayden was alright.
The big man, Gabriel, walked past them, giving Loreto a serious glance before his featues lightened up a little and he nodded towards a woman inside, not taking notice of the child near her.
"Look what we picked up, Isabelle..." He nodded at Tamati, who was nervously, but excitedly, holding on to Loreto's hand.
Isabelle smiled at the bigger man who had appeared.
Ayden opened his eyes to see what was the racket and leaped up in joy and relif.
"Tama your okay!" The boy said happily rushing over to be by his twin's side.
He looked at Tamati and frowned.
"Your hurt aren't you? I should have never let go of your hand when we got washed away. If I wasn't such a weakling you'd be not hurt."
Ayden scolded himself while still being happy that Tamati wasn't worse off.
Isabelle smiled. two more potential brothers to look after.
"Well Gabriel, Loreto it seem we have been destiny's messengers for these two boys." She giggled looking at Gabriel warmly.
She brushed her green dress off and fixed away the stray bits of her blonde bun.
"Hyatt's explaining Ayden's story to my father. They both seem to be not from our land or the other's land." She explained.
She then turned to the black haired twin and smiled. He was less pale then his brother and the black hair was cute. Those eyes where odd tough.
"You must be Tamati, your brother was very worried. I'm glad you both found each other." she said to the little one.
PostPosted: Mon Oct 15, 2007 1:45 pm
"'DEN-DEN!!" Tamati cried out in relief and happyness and jumped at his brother the moment he came in range.
Just seeing his brother safe now made him forget any pain he'd been in.
"I'm fine, brother! I'm fine, don't you worry...!" He could feel tears rush to his eyes because he was so happy, but tried his best to hold them back. "It's all my fault, you didn't let you, I did... I'm so sorry.... are you fine too? Did anything bad happen to -- oh Ayden, nothing bad happened to you, right?!"
He could barely hold back his rambling now after having his head filled with all the worries about Ayden from the moment he'd seen the wave rush towards them.
Loreto smiled warmly as he watched the brothers, glancing at Gabriel for a moment to see that he too seemed content... though watching Isabelle rather than the kids. He chuckled lightly and walked to the boys, crouched down to them and messed with their hair, laughing lightly as he spoke.
"I'm glad you found each other. I'm sure 'Belle'll take good care of you and you'll find the rest of your family soon enough!"
Right after getting up again he waved to them.
"I'll be heading to the bar, got to take care of my girls~"
One could literally see on Gabriels face that the big man was trying hard to resist the urge of doing a 'palmface' motion, but instead of doing that he just muttered to himself and shook his head.
Meanwhile Tamati kept clinging to his brother, waving Loreto off a little, still overhelmed with the happiness of finding his brother safe.
Ayden fell down to the ground as his brother happily jumped on him.
"I'm fine, Miss Isabelle 's been looking after me. Altough I was in the sun too long. but that should be alright once I rest."
The boy began rambling as much as his brother.
"Oh Tama I got so worried. Once the waves started to crash onto us and then when I woke up. I thought you got hurt or worse. then this big guy came and told me that you where dead and I got scared. I'm glad your fine."
Ayden then looked as the yellow coloured man that messed up their hair went away.
"That man is a dad to girls? Are they gross like the girls in my class back home, I hope not."
At that Isabelle laughed, the laugh wasn't like her smile but nice and warm. Ayden liked it.
She then looked at Gabriel her face much more warmer and cheerier. Although she would have to speak to Hyatt about what Ayden had said.
PostPosted: Mon Oct 15, 2007 2:54 pm
"You know mommy always said to be careful in the sun! I don't want you getting hurt, 'Den!"
Tamati took a step away from his brother and carefully examined him to check for any burns.
He could feel his own bones ache again and was glad that Ayden didn't seem to be affected by any such pain.
He looked the way Loreto had gone and pondered for a moment as he heard Aydens words.
"I wonder if we could play with them! Play some tricks and such!" He motioned cheerfully.
Gabriel shook his head again as he heard the twins speak, merely letting out a short "Heh." before quickly looking away upon noticing that Isabelle looked at him.Raising his hand to his mouth he coughed lightly and muttered something about getting some fresh clothes and rushed down the opposite corridor of where Loreto had gone to.
Watching this Tamati could sense a certain way of affection between the two and without thinking he whispered to his brother:
"They remind me of mommy and daddy!"
Ayden smiled. "Yeah and if their icky like the girls at class we can trick them even more."
He watched as his twin seemed less energetic then usual. It must be later then the albino had guessed. The golden light that was his brother was usually only un-energetic when tired.
He giggled again as the younger twin whispered something in his ear.
"You noticed it too. perhaps their a mummy and daddy too?"
Isabelle sighed as Gabriel went on. She then turned to the two boys and smiled, the sickly sweetness replaced with warmth.
"you two much be exhausted after all you went. their are some rooms down below if you want to rest. I could even read to you both if you like. Uh not that I don't think you too couldn't read to yourselves but I thought perhaps it's be more comforting." She said bowing her head hoping she didn't insult the two.
Ayden turned to his brother after the pink Isabelle spoke.
"Would you like to rest Tama, you look so tired and unlike yourself."
Isbelle thought to herself, These two are so kind towards each other. I guess the rumours about twins is true.
